Only downside, items sold out and the app was missing numerous sale items. Fortunately, the checkout person was willing and able to manually find and override the issue.

Prices have gotten even more absurd. Coupons I clipped months ago for a worse deal did not appear in my clipped coupons, but somehow superseded the coupons I clipped today for a better deal. It's typically months between visits to Jewel for me because the prices and experiences are simply disappointing every single time. Going to be longer than months before my next visit.

If I could give a negative star I would! We ordered online and had $87 in savings which was awesome! Yet when I pick up the order we are charged the full amount close to $300. Then I wait on hold for 2 hours no answer and my wife gets a hold of someone says they had a glitch in their system and they would look into that. So we are out $87 while they look into it. The next day I check the account and we got doubled billed for the groceries! I call in and am told even though we paid online at checkout they put a hold on the account which never showed up the first day at all! So now we are out an extra roughly $380 till the bank opens to release this money. If they don’t then we get to call back in. So they can take our money no problem but I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund! This could easily put a family over their balance due to a glitch. Plus when I asked to talk to someone I’m told I can’t they will file a complaint on my behalf. I will promise you I will never shop at jewel again! This is a horrible horrible process. We would have just went into the store to save the extra instead of getting screwed over and told nothing we can do but wait. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I got food poisoning from some donuts in the bakery. I think the workers back there need to be a lot more sanitary when preparing food.

New to the area and just discovered the Jewel (Oakland Ave Bloomington, IL) beautiful store. Clean, huge selection. I’d give the store itself 5 Stars, BUT the deli is horrible.The women in the deli are the rudest I’ve ever encountered in service. Thought maybe I caught them on a bad day, NOPE, consistently bad.

I love walking to stores and just walking around when I'm bored, this has to be one of my favorites! It's clean, everything is easy to find, and the staff are nice! Everything that I've gone in to buy, I've found in good time!

Jewel Osco has an average selection of products and the store layout could be improved for better navigation. While some staff members are helpful, others seem disinterested in assisting customers. Overall, it's a mediocre shopping experience.
