I had a terrible terrible experience at hobby lobby recently and had to leave. The lady who is supposed to cut fabric did NOT want to cut fabric that day or something… Idk it actually made me afraid to attempt it again 😭 My only option was this place which I have never been before. Whenever I need to create blankets, this is my new place. I forgot the lady’s name, but I know it started with a G. The woman who cuts and measures fabric is amazing and heartwarming and welcoming! Hobby lobby lowered the bar tremendously for me and I had no idea the atmosphere at a craft store would be so warm despite me having lots of fabric to cut (: There was no disrespect, just amazing conversation and I made sure to know i’ll be heading to THIS craft store forever and ever 🕊️🖤

Both workers working were not helpful at all. There was a specific fabric i was looking for and i was told it was in the back and they had to many boxes to even look for me. i placed an online order because the employee told me to and that it might just take a couple days. my order was immediately canceled even when they told me it was in stock. i understand being understaffed but i was treated with an attitude the rest of the time i was there. i was also denied the sale price when their whole stock was in the wrong place. i was told i should’ve been able to tell by the numbers, but i don’t work there.

Manager Cindy is argumentative and rude. I will never shop at this location again. Please provide her with the additional customer service training that she so badly needs.

For my needs their previous store was better. It was a go to spot to buy fabric for projects and to stock up. There used to be perfect deals on clearance items too. But this new store is more of other crafts and less of fabric. It seemed that though the store is huge now but the fabric collection has decreased form previous store.

Items with clearance tags and signs saying clearance items additional discount does not always apply. There are no "exceptions "listed on the signs so you do not know until you check out.
