I Had An Encounter With An Employee Here Named Jacquelyn , Who I’m Assuming Is The Store Manager Or Team Lead, About An Hour Ago. She Was Very Rude & Unprofessional For Absolutely No Reason At All. I Was Looking To Get A Part Time Position Here Just To Make Some Extra Money But She Was Very Nonchalant & Showed Little To No Interest In Me At All Even Though I Showed The Upmost Respect To Her. This Encounter Was Wildly Uncomfortable, Didn't Feel Welcomed Or Wanted Not One Bit. I’m Not Sure I’ll Even Return Back To This Store As A Customer. Hoping To Get In Contact With Corporate Soon. Extremely Disappointed

AVOID BUYING IN STOREThe size of shoe my son wanted was out of stock so an associate offered to put in an order online and informed me I would be receiving a call to pick up.Was told it would take 4-7 business days.Only notification I received from Journeys was an email receipt. Never received tracking info as informed I’d get.I waited 8 days before I decided to call customer service.Customer service informed me my order was canceled 2 days after it was placed due to OUT OF STOCK.I NEVER received any emails about this. I was instructed it could be in my spam folder. It wasn’t… I was then told it would take 7-10 ADDITIONAL days to get a paper check in the mail…. That I have to take to the bank to cash…. A refund back to my original payment option was NOT an optionThis is ridiculous.

Went into Journeys to get some converse, didn’t have my size so I left. As I’m already far from the store, TJ runs after me out of breath letting me know they found my shoe size! Best Employee there hands down give that man a raise ?

I unfortunately never caught the name of the woman working, but I just want to thank her IMMENSELY for how kind and professional she was. I came in today to purchase Vans because my old ones were looking rough. She somehow guessed my size and came back with EXACTLY what I needed. She even brought a shoe protector spray as well as ankle socks. She presented me with many options and was so kind, and even cracked a few good jokes. She made my entire day so, so much better. Will definitely be coming back even though I live over an hour away. I have never experienced such good customer service.

Manager is the rudest person I have ever met. Young kid working rude and acts like the customers don’t matter unless it’s for an expensive shoe... I will definitely not recommend going to the store in Bloomington that manager doesn’t care about the store or the customers she just cares about a paycheck
