Shopping at Kohls is ok. We need to keep the store so I’m very satisfied with the prices and products. Checking out is pretty quick even if it seems like the line is long.

Store is so crowded with merchandise that you can barely get down the aisle. I rarely come I’n the store anymore (which is sad because I used to come in frequently. I am sorry but this store has gone from a nice store to a bargain basement store.

New check area is horrible. Didn't know a store needed 30+ car seats. They are struggling to sell stuff. They bring back a company back from the dead. BabbyRS went bye bye for a reason. Very disappointed. Guess it's time to order online

When you do self checkout beware you don’t have option on keypad to click for gift receipt and the helper was too busy helping someone set up new credit card at self checkout which shouldn’t be allowed at self checkout!

The store was very nice and neat for Christmas time.
However, I purchased a piece of luggage, got it home and noticed that the security tag was still attached. I never even thought about it when I was at the store and it did not set off any alarms when I left. I tried to remove it myself to no avail, so I had to go all the way back to the store to have them remove it.
They really need to pay more attention when people are checking out about that sort of thing.

Bought a pair of pants for my son the ended up not wanting. In a few weeks after buying them the receipt was missing. Tried to return them with the tags on and everything and they told me we couldn't do it without receipt. What an absolute crock. Is still brand new with the tags on them.

I did not have my Kohls card with me but the girl at the checkout was super nice and helped me get my card which was in my account on my phone.
