Much better than the one on main Street. That one was smaller and had less stuff. My wife is looking for a specific chip so we are going to two Krogers in one day which is borderline insane.

It's an older location that is in need of some upkeep, especially on the outside.
Inside seems to be clean enough, but feels like an old K-Mart. It's cramped in there.
Prices and selection are fine.

While an older location, the staff are friendly and helpful. The selections are good and the shelves are well stocked with plenty to make you part with your hard earned sawbucks!

Very very very bad customer service, especially there is one women who is I do not know boss or manager, who is older, very bad customer service, but there is one guy his service is good, I am saying that because I shop there a lot, if I knew the names of the people over there I would name them and then type but I do not know, so yeah there is one older women his customer service is worst!

This store is highly infested with bedbugs that management is not adequately handling, and recently a family friend of ours has found bedbug sheddings in their bag after purchasing from here. I worry for the safety of their employees, as exposure to bedbugs not only causes intense emotional distress after awhile, but bedbug saliva is also known to cause psychological ailments after prolonged exposure that can take months to recover from after cessation. I would suggest not shopping here until the employees are no longer being put at risk.

The older man who works in self checkout is very strange and somewhat creepy. He felt the need to repeatedly touch my wife as he was saying “behind you” which was apparently his way of asking her to move. He then proceeded to roll his eyes when my wife was confused at what he was doing. This same man months before questioned if her ID was real because she “looked way too young” and wouldn’t drop the topic.

This is the 2nd encounter with the older woman at the self checkout being extremely rude and condescending for having to do her job. We aren't paid to check ourselves out, I do my best. I'm 53 years old and choose the high road of keeping my mouth shut and ignoring her as obviously management doesn't care, Ive seen many many terrible reviews of this woman, I will no longer shop at this Kroger because of her treatment of customers. Of course I'm sure management doesn't care but one day when a lot of customers never return maybe they may change their tune. What a bitter, miserable old hag!

Some employees from Kroger store on Oakland Ave are very rude, the customer service lady yells at customers, she (Merlin) has no respect. If you don't want to work, you'd better stay home and don't have to be so rude to people. I don’t want to give them even one star but there was no option to zero.
