I have had issues the last 2 times I come in to get Deli meat. I always ask for it shredded. Lately I leave and it's thick dinner cuts. I called today to ask if I actually could return deli meat and in return get what I actually asked for. The manager said that was cool but honestly my phone died halfway thru out conversation and I wanted to explain my situation because it matters and I keep having the same issue. Well when I called back I could hear the manager Elizabeth I spoke to in the background talking crap. Like I'm sorry girl, it's happened 2x and I'm upset I ask for shredded because I have a disabled parent at home and this is less likely to be a eating hazard. So IT IS important. The first time this happened I threw away the meat and took the L. This time I'll be back to get my money back at least. Then I'll just get my deli meat from Walmart instead since this establishment gone downhill. Maybe I'll be a real Karen and call corporate to complain since this Kroger doesn't give a crap about its shoppers. Min wage, min effort, idk why I expected more. When I was a cashier in college at Cubs I did a heck of a better job for my customers.

This pharmacy is terrible. The women in particular are rude for no reason when I just try to pick up a prescription that is already filled and has no problems. I switched everything to the college pharmacy instead and I've had no problems. Just quit your job if you can't do the basics. The worst part about it is I actually WORK at oakland but I make the drive because I've had so many bad experiences with oakland.

This Kroger is absolutely garbage and has no honor. After driving across town to collect on Kroger's deal that they had posted on their app, we were turned away and openly berated by the cashier who refused to sell to us. I've never been so humiliated or disrespected in my life. Please stay away from this Kroger and it's false advertising.

The three-star rating from me is primarily because their curbside pickup worked pretty well during the pandemic. Of course, like other stores, they were out of some items. If something was wrong with an order, Kroger made it right. Putting all of that aside, I'm not fond of trying to find a parking place and being in that store. The one on College in Normal is better.

This is redic. I went to use my debit card as credit. The machine wouldn't let me. I've done it there plenty of times. Called for assistance. Both of them told me they dont know how to fix it, must be my card,(it wasnt my card). They could have gotten a manager to fix the situation but it was easier for them to just say they dont know what to do. Those 2 may not know what to do but I factually know there are other people who work at that location that are very smart and competent enough to fix it. Again, not the first time this has happened. Normally, the competent ones are are very nice and fast to fix the issue which normally takes them less than 30seconds. Not tell the customer its their fault or they dont know and not get help.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever set foot in . Pharmacist are about as Rude as you can get especially the "so called manager " Brenda. I would give it a minus rating but it doesn't let me.

The whole pharmacy staff is great. They truly care and go above and beyond what is i to help me when I need it. When I phone my refills in they are always ready. I have never had a bad experience here. Even when they are swamped they'll have a smile on their face. They rock!!!

Horrible customer service. rude cashiers and managers. Brought problem up to manager... got the standard smirk and " I will talk to her" ... AKA customer shut up and leave... will not be shopping at kroger again! I Contacted corporate, I was sent "canned" response of "you should have talked to the manager". Store policy is ... We don't need customers.
