Gosh Terrible Experience - Never Going Back!
I had an awful experience at LA Nail Spa today.
The man who did my nails kept ignoring what I asked for and kept pushing his ideas instead. I specifically wanted a simple star design, and he said he didn’t know how to do it
what kind of nail technician can’t do a star?!
He was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about customer satisfaction. To make it worse, after doing a horrible job on my nails, he had the nerve to charge me $15 extra for designs I didn’t even want!
This was the last straw for me. My money is not free
I’m paying for a service, not to be disrespected and disappointed.
If you want your nails done right and with professionalism, stay far away from LA Nail Spa.

This place they were really nice. They can do designs very well. If you take them in inspo picture, they will replicate it. I have had multiple sets from love and they match them perfectly. Will be coming back. The first one are my nails the second one was my inspo pic love this place

I went there because they closed later. I got a gel mani/pedi. The drill was a little rough on my nails, but the massage on my legs and feet was wonderful.

I just called to see if they’re currently taking walk-ins. The lady on the phone explained that everyone is pretty much done for the day and don’t want to take anyone else. They close at 8pm and I called at 6:30pm. I’m disappointed with the unprofessionalism and how they refused service because they simply “didn't want to”. Wow. Poor first impression for me.

I was not pleased with the customer service here. The man who did my nails was very rude. We ended up just going with a quick polish, and he was clearly disgusted that he couldn't talk me into gel nails. He put very little effort into a basic service and it shows. I prefer a place that treats their customers equally, or at least respectfully, regardless of the service chosen. I will not be returning.Service: Nail polish changes
