Store saleswoman did not mention the $199.99 delivery fee, for my purchase of two recliners. (I live only 10 minutes from the store). Very disappointing to discover that charge.

Love the furniture, but the sales person conned me into getting a credit card, but did not tell me it was a credit card or the it has a 34% apr. I would have paid cash had I been told. And when I called the store to complain the person who answered hung up on me.

Joshua was our salesman and he was excellent. Asked us what we were looking for and after a brief conversation took us to the perfect chair. Showed us chairs with optional features and gave us options for colors and fabrics. Took about 30 minutes all together. Chair was delivered and I am delighted with it. It is beautiful and so comfortable!! Thank you Joshua!
