I traded in my 2017 Tahoe Z71 for a 2024 Tahoe Z71 at Sam Leman Chevy in Bloomington. Our salesman was Tyler Nagel and he was great! This was one of the most positive car buying experiences we have been involved in. From test drive to final transaction, everything went very smoothly and in a timely manner. Extra kudos to the dealership for being dog friendly. Rigley enjoyed meeting several “dog people” over the course of our time there. Tyler has also been very responsive to a couple of questions I had post sale, which is very much appreciated.

Sent in an online lead on a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, and within a couple minutes I received a email and call from Tyler Steidinger a sales rep from the dealership. He sent me information on the vehicle along with pictures and a video. I drove up to Bloomington this past Wednesday and met this young man in person and we went for a test drive. I’ve been selling vehicles for almost 43 years and was very impressed with Tyler’s professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle. I got there at 11:00am and by 1:00pm I had bought the ZL1 and was driving off. That was fast and almost as fast as the ZL1 i now own. Thanks Tyler and the Leaman Chevy City for making my purchase experience such a pleasure. Congratulations

My husband and I purchased a vehicle here about 3 years ago by a salesman named Aaron. The overall service was eh not the best experience when you are seeking a vehicle that you want for several years. Anywho, we recently went to Nissan to trade in our Chevy Equinox that we purchased at Chevy.. turns out that the Chevy dealership sold us a LEMON without letting us know. I was extremely upset to find this out. Apparently I’m not the first that they do this to and this was definitely a lesson learned from us. Please do better and be transparent with your customers. From my knowledge that is illegal and there for sure won’t be a next time for us!!

From start to finish, our car buying experience with Leman’s Chevy City in Blooming IL was swift and seamless! We are thrilled with our purchase! Our salesperson Connor Finnegan was very kind and helpful to us, he’s an absolutely awesome and efficient sales person. He handled everything perfectly and we appreciate he and Leman’s Chevy for getting us back into the driver’s seat again!

I went to this dealership looking for a specific vehicle, got there test drove it. Came back and within an 1 hour had the deal approved and paperwork signed. My salesman Connor Finnegan was very polite and professional. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Traveled from a few hours to way to look at a truck and from start to finish the process was amazing. Logan was exceptional, had an answer for every question I had. Very professional but also felt like a friend just talking to him. The entire team made it a great experience from the phone call to see if the truck was still there before I traveled to look at it to walking out the door with the new keys.Every member of the entire team made the process great! Logan had the truck freshly detailed right before I got there and waiting at the front.

This was our first experience with Leman Chevy City, and overall we were very pleased. We found a Traverse we wanted to look at on Car Gurus. We called ahead and spoke with Tyler Nagel. He explained that the car was off the lot as a loaner, but he would work on getting it back so we could test drive it. He also had 3 others ready for us to drive when we got there, including a Toyota from across the street that we wanted to compare. We were greeted by another emoyee outside. He took us in and they promptly paged Tyler. Everyone was super friendly. Tyler gave us plenty of time to test drive and answered all our questions. We never felt pressured to buy. It was actually one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Thank you Tyler!! We chose the Traverse we had seen online. The paperwork was quick and painless. We then met with Amanda in the finance office. She was able to get us a lower APR than we had been pre-approved for, so we were thankful for that. Every little bit helps. I've only had it a few hours, but So far I love driving my car!! Thank you again, Tyler and Amanda, and Leman Chevy City! We highly recommend!
