Only Uses Answering Service for Customer Questions and Issues - Do Not Recommend
I called with a basic question regarding whether or not any of their buildings were at all climate and/or humidity controlled, and the person said they would check on that for me. So, I asked if they were an answering service, which they confirmed. I was told there is ONLY an answering service available for TGI Storage with no one actually on-site to answer any questions or address potential issues. That is not the sort of business where I want to store my belongings.
