Stopped in here for my wife. She seen online that a pair of pants was one price. The employees that were there were very rude and would not give her the internet price. I doubt if we will ever step foot in that store ever again, it would be better off. Is that mall is dying to go ahead and close that store?

Special recognition to Bloomington Maurices employee Pam. I sadly was shopping for a funeral, but Pam took very good care of me. Very attentive, checking inventory for my sizing, bringing options directly to my fitting room, but even going above and beyond to extend comfort and condolences.

I would like to give special recognition to your employee, Emily, at the Eastland Mall in Bloomington, IL. I picked up an on line order and had she not asked me on the items I had purchases I would not have known they wouldn't have fit, and I was taking them with me on my flight that evening. She pulled the correct items and I also bought an item not planned. Thank you Emily for Excellent Customer Service and knowing the Maurice's brand.

I lost my mother in law Monday. I walked in today running on fumes and autopilot. I'm sure a hot mess. Misty was so gracious and helpful. I cannot thank her enough for helping me keep it all together to get the things I needed for the coming weekend.
