Got my makeup done for a wedding I had on Saturday. It was terrible, laughable at that. Nothing was blended and my lip line was midway on my lip, by the time I drove 10 minutes home the foundation was peeling off. Went home and wiped it off and went somewhere else that squeezed me in and even they were shocked at the photos. I would never recommend their makeup services.

I had gotten a facial and wax by Annyce ! She was so professional, confident, and knowledgeable about everything she did. As a single mom of two i definitely told my self I need to treat myself and Annyce definitely make me feel relaxed and pampered to the max. I can’t wait to make her part of my self pampering ❤️

Very impressed with my daughter’s ear piercing with Kim at Merle Norman! She walked us through each step, explaining as she went and making sure everything was sterile and safe. Very professional. Also she was so friendly, making my child feel calm and happy, as we all waited for the numbing gel to take effect and she took her time making sure each ear mark was centered before using the ear gun. There was no rushing. It was just such a pleasant happy experience for my daughter’s first-time!! Thank you, Kim!! I would definitely recommend her.

I went in for an eye brow waxing. I do not know the name of who did it, but she did a great job. The best my brows have ever looked. She offered to fill in my brows after I got them waxed, which no one ever does. I bought the pencil that she used, and it wasn’t in stock so someone delivered it to my house personally since I live out of town. Wonderful service, I will be going back.

Great experience. Got my 1 yr old daughter ears pierced. The lady who did the piercing was gentle and made it a very good experience for not only us parents but for my daughter.

Merle Norman studio in Bloomington is the top choice for me and my four adult daughters for cosmetics. The staff is knowledgeable and their products are outstanding. I also have my nails done superbly and excellent facials.

I walked into Merle Norman at 3:52 on 2/3/24 and was told they don't wax after 3:45. They were counting the drawer down as well. Another woman of a different race walked in behind me and they told her they'd be with her momentarily. I'm writing this review in their parking lot and the woman is still inside waiting for service at 4:03pm. It seems very discriminatory. I've never had issues with Merle Norman and have been going for nearly 20-years. I will not be back.

These five stars are for Sarah Hanold only. She did my makeup and lashes for a photoshoot back in July, and she nailed it! I felt so beautiful and the makeup look was elegant, just like I wanted it to be. It was perfect, the choice of lip color, the eyeshadow, even down to the right shades for my skin tone. Thank you, Sarah!

I used to love coming here for my eyebrows. They botched my eyebrow this time and made one super boxy and the other perfect and told me to just fill it in with make up. When I asked to have them match she told me she could and then explained a few more times why she did it that way and that I just need to let the hair grow in and fill it in with make up for now. She ended up not matching it. People literally laughed at me when they saw me. Will not be going there again.
