We have been with Comcast for decades as a Diamond Level which means nothing to do with anything anymore. We decided to check out Metronet and made a call. I have everything ready to compare to see if what they had was comparable. I was surprised the minute that a very nice lady named Reba. After asking her multiple questions and thinking for sure she would transfer me I was again surprised that she had every answer that I asked - For those that are in sales this is called "Old School" which is not done anymore. She "Reba" in my opinion should be told just how good she is. It has been about a week and to this day the service is impeccable. Not only that but the communication from Reba and others is spot on - The old term "One Call Does It All" is truly done. I am basing this on my 40+ years in sales and IT. Thank you "Reba" and Metronet.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been without internet for over a month. Over 10 calls and 4 trips to the store. I’ve been told 4 different times a supervisor would reach out within 72 hours. Here we are weeks later. Nope never happened. Had someone come out 3 times and say it is serviceable and then come to install and say they can’t.Don’t waste your time with these people. They’re useless and not helpful at all. They also had the nerve to try and bill me for “service” what a joke of a company

I am NOT impressed at all with this company. I've been waiting a month and a half for installation. I had a guy come and try to install the service in mid June, but couldn't install it due to a faulty cord. Ok that's fine and all, but they were supposed to get back to me in a few days to fix it. That never happened. I had to call and make a ticket to try and get reinstallation. Again, I didnt hear anything for a week, but eventually heard something back. However, they can't and come fix the service until the end of July? Oh and I still haven't heard anything still ! Who runs a company likes this? It shouldn't be this difficult.

My internet has been almost completely down all weekend.. I pay for gig speeds and not having any internet when I pay close to $100 a month is unacceptable. Also my speed has never been above 790 mbps. It ranges 650-790 mbps

Don't waste your time or money. THANK GOD, I only experienced this company's wifi for the summer and have now sat on the phone twice for over an hour trying to re-fix the wifi they just came out and reinstalled. I come to find out there is ANOTHER OUTAGE, like thats twice now. Its out every other month. I could knit a sweater and finish a marathon before I get ahold of someone. Wish I could give half a star or none at all, MetroNet would take the cake on worst wifi company.

Metronet is much better than Comcast. Service is it even better than the Internet speeds. They don’t play games with pricing like Comcast. I don’t think many people are still with frontier.

I had to call Metronet this past Sunday and was able to get an awesome tech named Anthony. He was polite, friendly and though I had tried everything I could think of and a bit more, he kept working and explaining what he was doing until my internet came back online. Thanks Anthony!

My comments relate to the technician (Felipe) and his work with me in solving the problems i was experiencing. He was courteous and walked me through step by step to correct the problems and also made me aware of the ACP program.

I appreciate the speed and usually consistent coverage of Metronet internet service. Since we stream our TV through ROKU, we cannot always tell if issues with the streaming is due to ROKU or Metronet. I do know that the few times our service has been interrupted it is nearly impossible to contact Metronet service via phone. The couple of times we've needed on sight help with our internet line, the field service people arrive in a timely manner and complete services quickly.

After going through hoops and yo-yos through different internet companies it’s been refreshing to have an internet company be straightforward in how they provide their service and not require constant upgrades or new packages to keep your internet. Definitely the best choice I made was to switch to Metronet!

I switched from xFinity on Mar-06-23 and I was promised that the competitor discount will be given by crediting upto 150 dollars from the last bill. When I reached to Metronet support team, they said that the discount policy removed effective from Mar-06-2023 which is the same day I got the connection. It is 100% cheating. So please be aware of such promotions. moreover there is a outage occurs at least every week and also facing slownes which I never faced in xFinity. Don't make the mistake that I did to save $10 a month to get poor service and false commitment.
