This place never closes when it says online, or when it says on the door. It's like they just close whenever they want. 3 times i have drove all the way across town and went when it said they was supposed to be open, and they were not. Very frustrating. When they are open, they do a great job. I just waste a lot of gas trying to find out.
Update: So thank you to the owner for sharing those hours, however it was 5 yesterday when I was there, sunny and nice, and the place was locked up tight, and cones out. So today, I tried calling at 2 today check to see if open so I can head down, and maybe schedule a detailing for next week, and no answer, and mailbox is full. I really like giving business to a local company, and like I said in the original, they do a great job. Just getting even more frustrating.
2nd update: decided to get give this place 1 last try. I absolutely despise going yo anything chain, always try using local. So did what the owner had suggested and tried calling first. Nobody answered, so just drove down, because it said it was open. Again, not open. Time to move on i guess.

Car was great and they did a good job. Rating is due to them not having anything posted that they put hold on your credit card and then being treated like a problem, Being treated like I was a liar. I have to say kindness goes along way and your a Leader then show compassion, not everyone is trying to take advantage of you! It’s not a contest but politeness goes along way. You won’t get that here!

They always do an incredible job washing my truck. We live in the country and my 4 door truck's front end has lots of dead bugs on it. After the wash, they are all gone, my truck looks like brand new. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. It is the only place we take our vehicles.

The attendants are attentive, polite, and courteous. The washed my sister SUV without any problems.

I dropped off my car today for a full inside-and-out detail. I’m very particular about my car and usually a bit nervous about having “strangers” work on it. However, it was ready right on time, and the team did a spectacular job—every detail was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the service! I will definitely be scheduling another complete detail in the future. Outstanding work! The gentlemen I interacted with were professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with.

They do a decent job, but disappointed that they charge an extra $2 fee for an “oversized vehicle” which they charged for my hatchback. It wasn’t posted on the pricing that a hatchback is considered oversized but when I asked for clarification the employee did not take off the extra fee. My car is the same size as a sedan so not sure how that could possibly be considered oversized.

Over the past year I’ve gave this business more $ than I should have. Went today for the last time, the guys doing the inside cleaning barely touch the inside of the car. It looked basically untouched. Everytime I go I have to ask the guys to redo the interior or do it at all. Just laziness. Outside always looks good. But they spend about 15 seconds wiping down nothing inside. No wander all these self car cleaning monthly subscriptions places are popping up. $30 car wash just for the outside is not worth it.

Went there today and i was in hurry to leave to my dr appt, i am leaving driving down Vererans and noticed there was like 4 bug spots on windshield!So i called them and waited forever for someone to answer then linger to talk to Manager! I told him what i didn’t like and how windshield was still pretty dirty. He tells me well we r busy and they can’t get all cars clean and that they hurry to get job done! I said WHAT???? So I spent $28( I had a SUV). I was PISSED! I need to find out who the Owner is to let him know ow this! I was just shocked when he said they r in a hurry to get the vehicles done!! Won’t go back there again !

Pulled up ready to purchase the most expensive, $26 package, but was told upon getting out that the manager wanted to charge me $5 extra for the “tar” on the side of my car that would “need scrubbing”… the “tar” was just a bit heavier dirt on one side of the vehicle.
Manager never even approached or inspected the car either, so no idea how he jumped to that conclusion having only seen it from a distance.
Confused, is cleaning dirt off of a vehicle not part of a car wash? And $26 is not enough to rinse some dirt off AT A CAR WASH? Smh. Drove away without buying anything. Lost my business today, will not be returning.

Today, I visited Parkway Auto Laundry and chose the premium car wash package, which was supposed to include both exterior and interior cleaning and cost me around $28. However, I was completely dissatisfied with the interior cleaning. I forgot to unfold my back row seats I thought they will take care of that But when I asked for the re-vacuum the owner spoke to me rudely. While they might have been under work pressure or stress, they should still treat customers with politeness and respect. Over all it’s a bad experience for me.

I recently visited Parkway Auto Laundry and opted for their interior and exterior cleaning service. While the exterior cleaning was done well, the interior service was disappointing.
The back seat area was not cleaned properly and was left wet upon delivery.
The interior roof was not even touched, and when I called to inquire, the manager stated that they don’t offer roof cleaning. However, this was not mentioned anywhere on their website.
For a service that cost $130, I expected much better attention to detail.
If you’re looking for exterior cleaning, they do a decent job, but for interior cleaning, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

They did a great job on my car. This was my first experience with them, and they didn't act frustrated when it was clear that I didn't know the routine. The Royal wash was well worth the money and my car came out.looking shiny and clean.

The last two times I have gone there, either an item in my car has stopped working or a floor hook for one my car mats was ripped out. Don't waste your time or money when there are others that do a better job or even do it yourself.
