“I love A B Hatchery! But i had a bad experience with the sales clerk, Uuna i believe her name is. She is very unfriendly and will not get up to help customers. She just checks u out .never welcomes you . Does not know the products and has been there for over 5 years . When i asked her help with grass sheed she just call another employee away from what he was doing . When she got 2 customers she called for help! I had to ask her for a bag for plants .she acted like it was a big ask ! I sure hope they do something about her . She should not be in customer”

“I have been shopping for a log splitter for several weeks. I have looked at all the major retail stores. The level of incompetency among the store workers was astounding. I could not find one person with any knowledge of the product and even worse, they simply did not want to help me find the answers. I would hear things like " I have no idea" ---"this isn't my department" --- " No, we cannot sell you the floor model" -- It would seem to me that the number one goal that these stores should have, is for me to go home with the product they are selling, but that just wasn't the case ... until I met Laura at the Bloomington, Illinois TSC... she was amazing! she provided answers to my questions and when an issue arose, she reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf, and got me the answers I needed. She took care of every detail with courtesy and professionalism. As you can imagine, that log splitter went home with me... Thank you, Laura, for a great experience, you are head and shoulders above your competition...”

“We’ve been to 15+ cat cafes this is definitely top 3 . The admission is great for cat cafes since many charge $10+. They had lots of cats and they were friendly even though many just came in . The staff were great and telling us about the cats and they don’t have a huge list of rules but still enough to keep the cats safe . They also allow small children which is good so cats can go to homes of families . The screen around the room was a nice divider instead of glass . We’ll definitely be back”
