They should re-name this store PetaMart. Do not go here trying to get fish for your kid's first fish tank. I took my 6 year old here to get his first fish and didn't realize it required an interrogation, background check, and home visit. They start by asking what size tank you have and most of the fish in the store have a sticker that says they need 10 gal tank size per fish. They refused to sell us the sucker fish which they say needs 125 gal per fish tank even though they've got them in about a 5 gal tank in the store with multiple other fish. They agreed to sell us 3 fish for our 5 gal tank but then decided we couldn't buy them after all because they asked if we had a heater for the tank and I said no. Went to meijer and got our fish. Don't make the same mistake. I'll never go back to PetaMart.

Workers are LAZY if you need a fish they will look at you say they will go help you and never do, they get on their phones and go stall instead of helping customers, it gets frustrating when you have things to do

Clean, food selection was good, no roaming staff to help, checkout was friendly, don't even try to schedule a pet grooming all booked up. Cat toys seemed light and selection seemed like cheaply made dollar store trinkets.

I usually get my dog groomed here but this time I had a phone call that my dog hurt himself on one of their kennels and then they told me he was aggressive? He's never shown aggressive behavior so I was surprised to hear that. Then they would not groom my dog because he hurt his paw. They would tell me they'd give me a discount for the next time I came in (so obviously he wasn't "aggressive") when I wanted it done the time I had scheduled it...

The store was very clean, and the employees were super nice. Not quite as much variety in some products vs other pet stores. But, definitely have anything you need regardless.

My dog loves going here for some reason but I cant stand it. They have some of the rudest employees around. And 95% of the time we go in there, we find dog piss on the floor. Granted, the dog's humans should clean that up, but still, its just F'n gross.
