The most complete Pilot. I stood for 40 minutes at a non-working pump; the driver in front of me also couldn’t refuel, but no one wrote that it wasn’t working. There is dirt and fuel everywhere.

I gave them four stars because it wasn't overly enthused about not having hot water in the men's bathroom. However, I did confront 3 employees. They did give me answers promptly. I also.
Spoke with them about the water smelling like mold they proceeded to tell me that was something to do with the city, not them. Take my review, but I would highly recommend not drinking fountain, sodas or the water unless bottled.

Stopped for a drink and a shower, girl moved me from her cash over to self checkout, then was informed the showers were not available, will never stop here again

Kind people.
Big, new but already not clean showers (dust and rocks in the corners) :/.
There are signs indicating where you can find places like shower or restrooms for example, so it’s easy to find anything you need.
Parking lot is also big for comparing to other truck stops near Chicago.
I am changing my review to 2 stars after taking a shower here.
Someone was right here. The management should have a showers here everyday.. water is FREEZING! I hope I won’t catch cold after that horrible experience 🥶🥶🥶 First time in my life I am also bleeding everywhere cause I was shaving having goosebumps from that cold ! What the… 😤🤯😭

Showers are glorious. New, clean and big with well adjusted water pressure. None of the usual claustrophobic water torture.
