I have to say the customer service is excellent. They were quick with a response to a problem with mailing (not on their end) for a disc I ordered, and they helped every step of the way.

They really do have the best customer service. I left a review about a Disc I got from them and it wasn't even negative towards them, just that my Disc was too domey. They contacted me and offered up a flatter one! Great Customer Service goes a long way with me.
