I love this place. Always fresh food and such friendly staff. The dough is delicious. A hint of sweetness with the salty. I love the garlic dough bites. Yummyyyy.

Their pretzels are huge, soft and delicious. I got a cinnamon sugar pretzel and a regular one. I like that they make all their pretzels the same (plain)and then add salt or other toppings after you order, as that means that they don't have to make as many ahead of time that sit under a heat lamp getting stale. The cheese sauce was good too. These pretzels were a good value and I will return in the future.

So me and my husband got two salted pretzels with cheese sauce. The pretzels were pretty good but I think the cheese sauce was bad. We both started feeling awful a few hours later. Very disappointing to spend $8 to get sick.

Pretzels were delicious and freshly made. The prices were very affordable in comparison to other mall pretzel shops.

The guy working on the 17th was very nice. The girl working 18th isn't very friendly and her pretzels weren't as good.

One of the worst displays of customer service I have ever experienced! My thirteen year old goes to order pretzel bites at the Pretzelmaker store in Eastland Mall in Bloomington, IL. He tells the young worker he wanted cinnamon bites...but the young man working must not have heard him. The young man gives Robert the wrong flavor. He walks over to tell me...what happened and I ask him questions like: Are you sure he heard you? Did you ask for pretzel bites with cinnamon? And so on. I get up and go to the counter to address the matter. The young man proceeds to get indignant with me. "Excuse me...my son tells me he ordered bites with cinnamon sugar but these are plain...could we have bites with cinnamon sugar?" He tells me... "If someone orders cinnamon I give them cinnamon...I don't make mistakes. I can't take back something that has left the counter. So you are out of luck!" Did he just say that to us? Well...my son did order the correct bites but you gave him the incorrect ones. "I don't know what you want me to do? I can't take them back...you have to pay for another order!" I am confused. Why are we being charged when our order was wrong? I ask for his name and he tells me it is "Robert." I ask Robert why is he taking this tone with us? He tells me that other customers are waiting and then moves to the next customer as if we were not talking. The customers behind us decide to leave because they were also disturbed by what they were witnessing. After the other customers leave he returns to talk to us. He tells us that he would give us a container of cinnamon sugar and we could shake the mixture over the bites ourselves. We left. I am writing you! Please address this matter with Robert. The "customer is always RIGHT!" My son and I should not have left the store "unsatisfied customers"...our order should have been remade and Robert should have put a smile on our faces. I am VERY disappointed with the service I received tonight! I am teaching my son to be respectful to other people but Robert is making my job very difficult. Please train him!
