Using a self storage facility is never an ideal situation, but life sometimes requires this solution and PROFESSIONAL SELF STORAGE could not be more convenient, clean, and a true value for money. The ability to drive a moving truck into the climate controlled facility for loading and unloading makes the weather irrelevant for moving in or moving out. 24-hour access with a personal access code makes this storage solution the next best thing to my own basement. Jo-Anna is so helpful and understanding of all my changing storage needs.

We are currently relocating from the east coast and after speaking to Jo-Anna and having all of my questions answered kindly and patiently, we chose this storage unit. She has worked with us efficiently and we are grateful as we are new to town and spoke to numerous people to no avail. Would definitely recommend working with Jo-Anna. It was a pleasant experience all around.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, it is so convenient to be able to drive through the building, you are protectedfrom the rain, snow or heat. I highly recommend Professional Self Storage

LOVE this storage facility!!! It's always clean The staff is amazing!!! I always felt safe while I was at Professional Self Storage no matter what time of day or night I was there. I love the fact that they have security cameras & you can drive your vehicle inside!!! It made me feel safe. I also love that it's an inside facility so I didn't have to stand in the rain, hot/cold weather plus it's climate controlled inside!!! And there's a restroom inside & handy push carts to help move your belongings. I don't know about you but you can't find all of these things at a plain jane storage facility. I will always come here if I need a storage unit :-)

Jo-Anna, always answered my calls and answered my questions immediately. She took time out of her day to show me different sized units with a smile. She did everything she said she was going to do and was very prompt and friendly. The facility is clean, has cameras, 24/7 access, carts/dollies, temp controlled etc. If you have storage needs, do yourself a favor and check out Professional Self Storage.

The staff does a great job communicating and being friendly. I believe the owner either recently had a baby or was going to be having one. They were still very much on top of things throughout the process. The space inside is very well kept from everything I have seen so far. Only small complaint is that if you are moving in with a large moving truck, you will likely have to circle around if anyone wants to get out. However, for all I know this could be a very typical thing in terms of indoor storage. Besides that, everything has been great!

This is an incredible facility with very thoughtful management and the best value in the area, by far. Exceptionally clean, climate-controlled, 24/7/365 access, roomy aisle accommodations, and drive-in loading area, all within walking distance from my home. I am a very happy customer who has referred several people to this facility after comparing the service I've received here with other options in the area that I rented from previously. This is definitely your best area option.

Pro self storage is conveniently right by my apartment. This place is a top of the notch storage facility and definitely worth their rate. Best storage units in town.
