Made an appointment 1.5 hours before I needed to be there. They have a computer check-in system. Then waiting about 3-4 minutes before I was called back. The woman who did my labs was so friendly and helpful. I’m a hard stick and she had me lay down and got my vein on the first try. I’m thankful for my experience here, as I usually don’t do well with having my blood drawn.

Jennifer at Quest was polite, prompt, professional and very pleasant! Greeted me with a smile, explained everything and it was a very good experience! Apparently Quest hired the right person for the job!

Jennifer was fantastic! She worked me in rather than allowing me to be inconvenienced with coming back another day. She is friendly and professional. She is an excellent phlebotomist. She made my collections fast and easy. Highly recommend.

Went for standard blood work. Unique place, check in at kiosk and only one employee! Still, she was super friendly and got the job done quickly. Well done!

For the record, due to some early childhood medical trauma, I am terrified of medical offices, doctors, nurses, needles and (most of all) blood draws. I tried to get this blood work done at three different locations prior to going to Quest Diagnostics, but due to the specialized tests and tubes required, no one could do it but Quest. By the time I got to Quest, I'd worked myself into a panic. I explained my anxiety to Deb, and she was kind, patient empathetic and warm. She kept me distracted with pleasant friendly conversation the whole time, and she has an angel's touch. After decades of experience, she is a master of the needle. I had to give five tubes of blood, but in her hands I barely noticed. Deb made what could have been a really awful experience for me into a surprisingly pleasant morning. I am truly grateful to her, and I will definitely be using Quest again.I don't understand the crappy reviews here, except we all know often times the people writing the reviews are far worse than the folks they're complaining about. Be kind, be friendly, be respectful and you'll get it back two-fold a Quest Diagnostics.

I called. They told me just to come in. I drove 15 minutes in the early AM to be there when they opened and the lab tech was rude, said " no, we never take walking, go make an appointment, or don't come back".I'm never going to a Quest location again. There are a ton of places that can do a blood draw just to check basics, they seem to think they are soecial/only one.

I'd give negative stars if I could. The miserable lady that "greeted" me was rude and condescending before I could even sign in for my appointment. Made a comment about "learning to read" even though the kiosk was actually not working properly. I ended up leaving; wouldn't let anyone touch me that treats people that way.

Drove and hour and a half to this facility to do a physical for life insurance. The facility was closed with no notice other than a sign on the door. I confirmed the appointment on my end a week prior as well as receiving a confirmation call from their end yesterday. No mention of closures due to weather. Completely unprofessional and an absolute waste of my time and money. Ridiculous.

Absolutely rude and terrible service. Not confidential and unwilling to provide quality customer service. If I am requested to get samples performed by this location or company I will ask for other options or refuse service. I have already called their corporate office and filed official complaint.

My experience yesterday (6/22/2022) was super positive. I had zero wait time and a super helpful, nice employee. I will definitely be using Quest Diagnostics in the future!!

The phlebotomist that drew blood was a grumpy lady. Not a people person. I wonder if she'd been having a bad week or was unwell. We all have a bad day but, speaking from experience of working many years on the frontline of a very busy office, you have to suck it up and act nice, even if you feel like choking a few annoying people.
