My wife called to inquire about an SUV she wanted. Salesman was rude, told her it was a lemon recall vehicle, but would not explain what that meant. I called and it was explained to me. I made them an offer, and never heard back from them. We don't feel very important to them. I would hate to see what it would have been like if I did buy something and a had problem. Just had the easiest used car buying experience of my life (of course it helped we were paying cash, thanks to an insurance settlement). Worked with Jarrod Baxter and he was very low-key and easy to work with. Answered all our questions, let us take it out for a test drive by ourselves, and made the paperwork as efficient as possible. We finalized the sale with a woman named Amy, who was also very nice, funny, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them!

One of the easiest car buying experiences ever! After a long in-person and internet search for a 2023 F150 with the options I wanted, I found what I was looking for at Sam Leman Ford. Jarrod quickly replied to my information request, and answered all of my questions via email for the next few days. The following Saturday I made the 260 mile round trip to finalize the deal and drive home my new F150. Jarrod and the Leman staff made the whole process quick and easy.

I called the Service department because there was a burning smell in my car. Plus I was leaking oil. Six month old car. They couldn't get me in until January. Luckily I called Heller Ford and they got me in the next day. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I will NEVER go to Sam Leman Ford again. Besides the fact that their service waiting room is like a dirty bus station they should not be selling cars if they can't service it. Heller Ford in El Paso has a brand new facility and some very nice people. I bought at least six cars from Leman. NEVER again.

I drove about 2 hours to Sam Leman Ford and was glad I did. Well worth the drive. I worked with Mason Witzke who did a great job. He had great communication with me. I also had a trade that they matched other dealer pricing. Was in and out in a few hours with a new Ford F250 truck. Also no 10K above MSRP for a new truck. I will definately be sending more people your way. Keep up the great work.

Gary was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire truck buying experience. When we had questions he got us the answer. One thing that could've been done differently is he could've gone over the features to make sure we were knowledgeable on everything before leaving the lot. Other than that I would say definitely use go talk to Gary and purchase a car or truck from him.
