Water doesn’t start until about a third way through the wash. Dryer doesn’t dry
Facilities are littered and unmaintained
Hopefully the same owner doesn’t own the others in town 🙄

For $18, it should at least get the bird feces and grass clippings off my car..... Along with the soap it left behind.

I have been a member for about 2 years i pay for the highest one 40.00 a month. Yet your main street location in Bloomington is horrable!!! Half the sprayers don't work couple of the brushs don't work and the tire cleaner barely works on one side. I use your normal location and east empire and my car comes out clean and soapless. After i use the main st location i have to wipe off soap off the passenger side and the back. Plus the car is still wet.
Maybe need to invest some money into that location and clean out the sprayers and get the brushes fixed.
Might be time to switch and find somewhere else to get my car washed. Just sucks since i like you have 3 locations. The other 2 locations are maintained a lot better and cleaner!!!!
Sadly i never do this but i have spent a lot of money with you. So i thought that you should be made aware of the issues. So i wouldn't have to leave if they get fixed. Thank you and sorry i dont like writing bad stuff the employees are super nice.

I have paid the high price and the low price for car washes. I found that there's little to no difference in the wash results. Then I try to vacuum . It only worked on one side. I gave up. It was the last chance. I will not be going back. I gave 2 stars because it got the dust off. I'll pay myself and do it in the driveway. I know the vacuum works.

Fortunate to live in a town where there are several choices for a place to get your car washed and vacuumed... Paid $18 for this service, had to wait some time for an attendant to show up, he only sprayed the left side of my car. When I went to clean the inside, they had no towels available, and only glass cleaner. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

10/23/22: prices have gotten worse, though they have a $5 "mist" option which I do when takeout bags pile up in the car too much. That said, past few times I've gone, the vacuum just hasn't had much suction. So really, your driveway is definitely a better car wash.

This place makes getting a car wash fun. The prices are a little steep for what you get, but the pricy wash comes with a rewash within 5 days so that's nice. Complimentary vacuums too, and there's a vending machine of air fresheners and other things.
