Room was ok. Was severely upset while checking out. I wanted the bill and was told we was ready to go.they charged the card being used to hold the room when checked in. Was not the card wanting to use to check out. Never have I ever not paid till we checked out. Will never stay again.

I never got the employee’s name, but he called me after checkout to tell me I forgot my Apple Watch in my room. I drive cross country for work and was not passing through anytime soon, so he shipped it to my home for me. 10/10 service. Thank you!

The rooms are clean and freshly painted. The staff is very courteous. Easy access to interstate highways .

Whirlpool tub, fantastic, mini fridge in the room, comfortable bed, warm blankets, pillows are kind of small but not a big deal.

This hotel isnt great but not bad either. Looks like they are renovating a little bit but with cheap laborers possibly? Like the bathrooms have a really nice up todate mirror you'd see in mid-to-higher end hotels and looks like they recently redone the flooring at least in my room. But now the beds are stiff but it is what it is its a cheaper hotel lol. The walls are poorly done the island sink is pretty beat up couch is decent and the office chair of mine idk what's on the back of it. Its kinda gross kinda looks like mildew possibly? Idk kinda strange. But now the water is nice and hot and the in room jacuzzi is pretty nice even with the odd mirrors right by it lol. Also be mindful the toilet is VERY close quarters like myself I am tall and was struggling to get comfortable seating position fighting with the sink and the toilet paper roll being on the other side of the wall close to the shower which is a very odd place but again it is what is. Overall it's a fine stay can't really complain but nothing to boast besides the jacuzzi haha.

This hotel is sparse in it's amenities. Basically it is clean. The linens were clean, the rooms seemed clean. They are also run down and desperately in need of an upgrade. The breakfast food was less than one star. Sparse in what they had to offer, and what was there was mediocre at best. No fresh coffee. If I had paid between $60 and $70 for the night I might have felt like I got my money's worth. But I didn't. I paid much more than that. I would choose this hotel only as a last resort.

I had a great stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Bloomington. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with fast Wi-Fi and a good TV, and the free breakfast had tasty options like eggs and waffles. The indoor pool, hot tub, and small gym were all well kept, and the hotel’s location just off I-55 made it easy to reach downtown Normal and Illinois State University. With free parking and fair rates, it’s a convenient, no-surprises choice for any traveler.

We checked in late after a long day on the road. We walked in to the front desk area and many candles were burning. I thought that was odd, but I think it was to cover up a musty smell. This location does not have a pool or fitness center, like the pics show on their website. Our room was clean. You could tell it's being remodeled as the room set up and lighting is weird. The toilet tank chain was broke so we fixed instead of calling front desk. There was also water in the plastic bag in ice bucket. I'm assuming the last guests ice? It was okay for a quick sleep and fairly priced.

If you're just going from here to the and need a place to sleep, this hotel is a good value. The room was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. The vibe is just kind of sideways. Weird layout in the room with strange light and switch locations. Lighted, heated mirror, but the wall hadn't been patched and painted after they took down the old mirror. Nice vinyl plank flooring in the room, but carpet for baseboards. They have breakfast, but the options are really limited. The guest laundry opens off the dining area. Just a weird hotel. But clean and comfortable. Service was fine, but we were there for less than 12 hours.
