When I had a drain issue in my apartment and maintenance tried fixing it, it didn’t quite work. Susy contacted me the next day letting me know they’re going to try something else to fully fix it. If I have any concerns, I’m comfortable enough with the office staff that I know my concerns aren’t falling on deaf ears.”
