Trash company. Gave me to the codes to wrong gate and when I called I never spoke to anyone local only the call center and had 3 messages left for the district manager and never got a call back. I guess they don't have a property manager so it all has to go through this district manager. I called and canceled my unit days ago and despite that I'm now apparently defaulted on my payment despite never even being able accessing the unit. So ridiculous.

They are constantly raising prices. My rate has increased almost $40 in less than 2 years. It’s insane. Currently looking for a different storage facility

I researched for a week & discovered Red Dot Storage has the best prices. I called & was greeted courteously by the rep. He explained everything thoroughly, emailed the contract. He waited while I submitted payment. He ensured everything went thru & verified my gate code. He set me up on auto-pay & offered rates on their insurance. I am pleased & satisfied with my experience. I visited my unit & it is clean and in great shape. I opted for a 10'x10' unit that is climate-controlled. If you're looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend calling Red Dot Storage.

My stuff got damaged by water coming through the roof took pictures and they said they didn't see any damage so they wouldn't pay the insurance on my stuff. Would never use them again
