I have been traveling around the country for work for 20 years, wearing Red Wing 877s. Not only does this store not carry any of the heritage work boots, they charge $155 for a resole. I have been getting my boots resoled with red wing this whole time and as recently as 2 months ago (different pair/different location) and it has gotten more expensive but even the red wing factory store in MN only charges $100 in 2025. $155 is half the price of the original boot, and the girl looked at me like I had two heads when I asked her to replace two of the eyelets that are ripping up my laces. Can’t comment on the resole because it will cost me less to ship them home to my local cobbler and have them shipped back.

Excellent customer service, appreciate Tristan and Sydney taking all the time in the world with my husband while he rambled incessantly while trying to make a decision over boots.

They have advanced equipment for insoles etc. they have a good selection for protective work boots but pricey I paid more then what I would of liked but if you have it then it's worth it

This store has been around for a long time and it's going to continue to be a part of our community for years to come. And here's why, the top notch customer service they strive to achieve on a daily basis. It's something you don't get at these big chain stores. You get greeted with a smile as you walk through the door and their employees put you at ease with their overwhelming product knowledge and willingness to provide you with a resolution to whatever problem you bring them.
I just came back into the store after buying a new pair of boots from them and my ankle was rubbing wrong on the inside of the boot. At first I thought it was just the break in process but it started to hurt more. I took them in to talk about if something could be done. And it wasn't more than 3-4 minutes they had fixed them and brought them back out front for me to try on. And just like that my ankle was no longer in pain and the boot feels great walking around. Glad i stopped back by to talk to them about it.
If you want to support a long standing family business. Then look no further because this is the place for you. I spend countless hours on my feet and being in pain can rob you of your happiness. You get what you pay for these days. I don't mind spending a little more money on some high end boots because I know when I need help they have my back.

I was greeted when I walked through the door. The staff asked what they could help with and immediately took care of me. They measured my feet and brought out three different pair of shoes and inserts until we found the right combination.

Went to Bloomington IL store. Walked in was greeted and immediately helped. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that actually listed to my foot issues. Gave me a recommendation and it was absolutely perfect!
