No coin counter and they don't have the ability to print you a new card if you need one replaced. I've been waiting 6 days for my debit card to come in. Employees are wonderful. Location perfect. But they need to address those issues if they want to be ranked as a 5 star bank in 2024.

Take the time to go inside this branch, Bloomington IL, for personal dedicated banking services. This team, has repeatedly done everything we needed.

Nicole Sager is an absolute dream to work with. I’m from Alabama and drive OTR so I’ve been in a couple of banks and this by far was the best.

Nice and helpful people. Never had a problem other than the ATM machine a couple times.

If I could give minus stars to this bank, (Regions Bank Branch - Bloomington, IL) I would. Today my son, who is a graduate seminary student tried to get a certified cashiers check from the bank to purchase a much needed vehicle. He went to the bank branch manager Chad McKee for assistance. I came into the bank after my son began working with him. I walked into the office and introduced myself, and I noticed he was going to have to pay a fee for the certified check. I said, “ oh they charge you a fee? My bank does not do that.” Mr McKee said to me, “well this bank does!” in a very unpleasant tone. He then said, “ you set this account up out of state, I don’t think I can do this.” I explained him that I drove 13 hours from Atlanta to co-sign on his car loan, and could he please help, as I needed to leave and return to Atlanta after the car purchase because of my work. He said “no” with no explanation. I said l, “you’ve got to be kidding me!” He said, “get out of my office!!! Now!” I asked, what is the issue? This is a Regions Bank and he has an account with your bank.” He again (yelling this time) said, GET OUT. I went to sit in a waiting area, and said to myself,“ I cannot believe this.” He quickly rushed toward where I was sitting and told me to get out of HIS bank!!!! Now.!!! “Our customers can hear to talking to yourself”. At this point, I was thinking, “they can hear you more than they can hear me.” Mr. McKee became very aggressive. I left the bank, but I had a conversation with the corporate offices, and file a formal complaint against Mr McKee.If this was a normal day for Mr. McKee, I would hate to see what a bad day for him would be like. His actions were bad enough to be reported to the sheriff or police as assault charges. Beware of this branch manager and this bank.

I've enjoyed this bank as I was introduced to it thru my husband whom established an account with them before our relationship in which we now have a shared account, individual accounts, accounts for our kids and more. We've never needed an appointment for anything when it comes to opening new accounts, getting cashier checks, questions, etc. Now we do usually go in the early mornings so that probably does help usually around 8-9 they aren't usually too busy at most I've seen 4 ppl inside and maybe one in the drive thru at the time. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I will say they are talkers here but I think it adds to the charm in the end. I will say there are some fees with checking accounts that I don't agree on say with if you aren't having at least 700 deposited or a balance of at least 1400 they charge you a monthly banking fee. If you have a steady job I think that would be fine but for my son who gets SSI that to me takes away from his money which I'm not keen on since he can't control if that amount is available based on the monthly amount fluctuating and his needs. Outside of that thou we love our bank and have def made it our home for all of our family even my Mother in law has an account with them as well.

It was some time ago but I travel between Tennessee and Bloomington IL. I needed assistance inside the bank in IL and they were great. Like an extension of my home bank in TN. I would highly recommend Regions due to their helpfulness and locations. Also I love that they don't have a lot of fees. I've been banking with them since before they bought Union Planters in TN. I have other bank accounts with other holdings and the only one close is Capital One for customer service and great internet/app user-friendliness. I stay with Regions as I still need brick n mortar but internet banking is great.

My identity was stolen and someone opened up 2 accounts in my name. This is the closest location to me which is actually an hour away so I've been trying to talk to someone about reporting them and closing the accounts. Only one person actually seemed genuinely ok with helping me over the phone. His name is Chad. So if Chad sees this Thank you! Some other person, I believe her name was Alicia just seemed so rude and uninterested in what my issue was.

I've worked for multiple banks over the course of my 12 banking career. Regions is the only bank I chose to continue banking with. The company treats their employees very well & they don't have excessive fees. Our local branch has a fantastic Branch Manager, Chad! He also has a great team under him that make you feel confident in your financial needs. The biggest reason I chose to stay with this bank is because of the multiple branches available in the cities that I travel to out of state. My frequent trips sometimes require a visit to a physical branch. Having the ability to pop in to one while in Tennessee is extremely convenient!
