First of all, I want to say thank you to the girls in the office were awesome Salisa went above and beyond! The reason for the low score I was not to impressed with the delivery end of it!
I was told would be delivered 06/24/2025 between
11:30a-3:30p did not show up or was I contacted.
Called dispatch office and was told it was not in their terminal yet?
Was given a date for 06/25/2025 between
11:30a-3:30 did not show up, then the time was changed to 2p-5p did not show up finally at about 5:30p finally arrived.
Long story short lost a days work do to to the unreliable shipping times !?!?!?
I'm gonna get paid for this right? Haha😉

I ordered a large piece of equipment, the shipper called due to the condition of the item. It was damaged, they sent pictures and allowed me to refuse it over the phone saving me days of headaches. Thank You!!!

I would like to start by saying, Rita with customer service, rocks socks. She is stellar, she answered every question I had quickly, she was polite, she even helped me clear up a duplicate that my logistics company threw out there. If this review was just for Rita's performance, it's a 7 out of 5. Sadly, this isn't just for Rita, it's for all of Saia. My freight was scheduled for pickup on Monday the 12th of April. The appointment was made Friday the 9th. My pick-up window is between 8am and 3pm. That's a seven hour window and they just couldn't get it done. As frustrating as that is, it's small beans. My issue is no-one called to tell me that my freight would be picked up the next day on the 13th. I wouldn't even be upset if someone had told me it was pushed back and they were behind. I found out at 3:10pm when I called to find out where the driver was. Over-all I'm just irritated that no-one notified me of the delay. Here's hoping Saia gets better at communication.

Had a time critical shipment so I called ahead to find out when it would be delivered and was told Thursday and like so many others didn't get is delivered until Monday and they acted like I should be thankful I got it at all. Completely unconcerned about customer service.

Was called 6/20/20 to set up a delivery appointment to a residence, set up for 6/22/20 between 1-4pm when I spoke with Brooke. Then 4pm rolled around I had to reach out to them as it wasn't delivered. I spoke with a Donna and was told it would deliver between 7am-7pm; 6:45pm called again because I saw when tracking on their website that it is now at 8-11pm ETA. In no way can anyone deliver to a residence between 8-11pm with a shipment that says it requires two people there to off load and to a residence. All this data was on the paperwork that they received during shipment that a delivery appointment was required, that it required a lift gate, and that it was a residence and not a business. HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE service. I will ensuring that employment company and all my suppliers never use this company to deliver to us or any of our customers. This is absolutely unacceptable. I sure hope that when it does finally deliver that nothing is broken as this is carrying my items around on set of pups moving it on and off with every stop. Absolutely ridiculous.

Well this company called and left a message they have my pool and need to deliver it please call to set up time. So i call back and nothing the phone just rings and rings not even away to leave a message, I have made over a dozen calls to them now and still no one is picking up the phone. This is noway to run a business, not sure now how to even go pick up my pool if nobody is there.
