Usually I love this store but last time I did an online order for pickup they gave me 2 shampoos instead of 1 conditioner I ordered and when I came back to return they almost acted like I stole the item or something they would not accept that they gave me the wrong item. And then since they were out of what I ordered I had to buy a different but similar product costing more money. Next time I will just go in myself because they can't be trusted to get orders right.

I didn't catch the name of the blonde woman who helped me, I think she's the manager of this location, but she was so SO sweet & so helpful. Whenever I go in the store is always clean & the employees are always helpful! The manager here is doing such a wonderful job! I will be returning in the future!

Store closed during normal business hours on a busy Sat a.m. with a hand written sign on the door stating due to a staffing shortage the hours would be shortened. Closing time moved up to 3pm - They were to open at 10 am, but no one was there at 10:30 am. It is 1pm now and they are still not open. I saw 10 people walk to the door and leave in short time I waited. Given the amount of traffic in-and-out of that store and the loss of business I would expect Sally Corporate in Denton, TX would have competent management in place. I value our brick and mortar stores and do not wish to convert to all online purchases. By reading the most recent reviews it sounds like staffing has been an issue for quite some time and not only of recent. Get it together corporate and value your employees and customers!

i placed an online order last night for one item that the website said was in stock, i waited all night and all day to receive a notification it was ready (im allergic to certain metals and needed a specific earring type for a piercing that fell out) and so i arrived at the store for the worker to tell me my order was doordashed? (i would never doordash one earring) and then continued to look and tell me they no longer have any sort of the earrings i had already purchased and was charged for. i asked for a refund, asked to pay the difference for a new set of earrings and the only advice i was given was to "dispute it with the bank" and that they could do nothing for me, as my piercing is now either going to be infected from putting the wrong metal in, or entirely close up and i will be out the $50 i paid for the earring. quite disappointed.

I've been coming here for 10 years and I just have to say, this is the rudest staff they've ever had. The past 3 trips I've I had to this store in the past 3 months the Staff was lazy and unbelievably rude. They act like they're too good to be there. Each time I walked in they rolled their eyes, I always say hello and they're obviously annoyed by customers. This time I came in today was the worst its ever been. I'm not coming back.

staff was really rude and didn’t want to help me at all. asked for something specific and she rolled her eyes and barley spoke to me then tried to sell me two of the wrong thing.

Call you before you go! Sign says they are open till 6 on Sunday but they had the lights off and the door locked by 5:50. Staff said they close early when they have no customers.

The workers today were super nice. Definitely extremely welcoming, which is very much appreciated. They helped everyone in the store with questions, finding what they needed, being extremely helpful!! I’ll definitely be coming back again to get more hair stuff (:

The staff rushed us out. The woman helping us wasn’t even wearing her mask properly. The employees were complaining about customers being there shopping half an hour before close IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Rude and seriously unprofessional.The things they suggested we get were also absurd. They are out of hair coloring brushes, so they suggested a SPONGE or a PAINTBRUSH. (Also how the heck does Sally’s run out of coloring brushes?)
