If I could give negative stars I would as Sam Leman auto sold me a vehicle that they cleared the misfire code on the 2013 Ford cmax on without correcting the problem. Very dishonest and poor way to do business in my opinion.

Excellent service center. World class, fast, and actually cheaper than my local garage, and works hard and diligently to troubleshoot.

My partner brought his truck in to Adam Leman which is where he purchased it from. He also purchased insurance to pretty much cover anything that could go wrong. Well something went wrong we took the truck in and dropped it off. They told him they would help him get a rental that took four days just for the help to get it. The customer service over there is like any places today lacking ! Communication is everything. I am frustrated for him. People need their vehicles and pay alot of money for them and the work that needs to be done. Why don't they keep people updated ? Oh and when he called this morning they hung up on him , we considered that an accident and then second time sent him to voice mail. Now can you imagine the frustration brewing. I actually was looking to purchase a new car and was going to look around when we picked up his truck. Im so glad we had the experience I won't by from there :)

Ordered new Jeep rubicon, sales man Ted was able to figure price out the door without much haggling took longer than expected to receive Jeep and when it came in they still stood buy our deal which was much appreciated . This is the second Jeep I bought from them and have nothing but praise for their maintenance shop and and Sam who schedules appointments and loner cars for you

I was looking for a very specific car online and it popped up at Sam Leman Morton. I made a typical online inquiry and within 5 minutes, Orlando Masson reached out to me. It was late in the evening on a Saturday. He promised to go get a video of the car for me on Sunday (his day off). I’ve been in the banking/finance industry for the past 25 years. There are a lot of really awful people in the car business. This man treated me like family. He never talked to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about due to being a woman. I had my own financing line up, but I found myself wanted to help this dealership in any way I could since they were so wonderful to me. Allen in Finance called me and I ended up letting them finance me at a slightly higher rate than I had lined up simply because even he was very straight across to me, but overly kind. I live 9 hours away from this dealership, but they still accommodated my needs by overnighting my docs. No one wash pushy. It was an overall wonderful experience for me. I think Orlando and Allen deserve an award. They are a huge asset to the company!

Tom McAvoy is the guy to buy a vehicle from! My boyfriend and I both have bought vehicles one last year and another this year, he talked us through the whole process and made things so simple! Definitely will be buying from him in the future!

We recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Anthony "AJ" Jenkins at the Morton Sam Leman. We started online and with guidance from AJ we found the perfect Jeep! Then we were able to come in and complete the deal quickly. I was driving with the speed of traffic on 55 (This road always drives fast). Apparently, whoever was driving their dealer vehicle didn't like me going faster than him so he slammed his brakes in front of me. After getting off on the same exit, he was swerving so I couldn't pass him. Don't think I'll ever be buying one of their cars anytime soon. That can't be good on a brand new car they will eventually sell to somebody. I guess the rumor is true they tear them up and sell them.
