I called about a truck for sale and a young man name Deandre was very helpful. We ended up going to the dealer to look at the truck and Deandre had it up front waiting for us. he was very polite and helpful. We ended up buying the truck and enjoyed working with him and the young man he was training that day; they were both very friendly and courteous. would recommend them to anyone.

Overall sales experience at this dealership was good. I made an appointment to test drive a couple of vehicles and I made a decision to purchase one of them.
Salesperson (Matthew Chasteen) was knowledgeable about the products and worked to try to find the best deal that was better than the X-Plan price.
Trade in value given was slightly below KBB value, but vehicle needed PM work that was factored into the trade in value.
Finance process was slow due to staff levels and a slow manual document signing system which was surprising for a large dealership network. We eventually closed on the process and I was able to buy the vehicle I wanted.
Overall, given the factors above, this is a good place to look if you are in the market for an F150 if you are from central IL.

Service lied about how long a warranty repair is taken. We notified them over a week ago that we are moving out of state 8/22 and was told that it would be done in time before the move. Very disappointed in the service team as now we had to push back our move half a day and we specifically notified them in advance.
