State Farm Insurance Corporate South is a beautiful, well-maintained campus spanning several city blocks, with a lake along the eastern side. The location features dog-friendly walkways, flocks of geese and ducks, and plenty of facilities that could serve as an excellent college campus. It is described as a great company to work for and a pillar of central Illinois employment. Employees enjoy visiting the office to connect with co-workers. The business is also very supportive of the local Bloomington/Normal community, particularly for its work with local schools and students. In customer service, agents are noted for handling claims with grace, a kind heart, and a listening ear, following correct procedures. However, some customers express frustration over policy increases without clear explanation. The campus parking lots are now filled with Rivian vehicles, as many employees have consolidated to the corporate headquarters a mile away.

Been a customer for right at 40 years never made any significant claims until recently. I have never been so disappointed in the service outside the local agent as i am now. They way we are being treated is at a level of neglect and yet they will be at my door demandi g their outlandish monthly payment

Always a good time at corporate south when I have work in the office days. I have to admit; I like this working from home. But there is nothing like going into the office to visit with co-workers.
