Both Kim and A’Leya(sorry if I missed spelled your name) has the best customer service. I was with Extra Space for over a year. They were awesome as I exited my storage space with them. Thank you to both of you ladies. Also Chris as well. Cleaned and swept out my unit(B39) Kenyon road. Blessings!

Very friendly understanding and courteous staff that honor their customers to make sure you are taken care of. I ran into an issue with payment when my things were in storage and they made sure I was taken care of. They are willing to work with you also. I highly recommend this storage place.

The employees at Extra Space storage are very polite.And extremely helpful.I needed proof that I had a storage unit and Zach at the Champaign facility went out of his way to take care of me ..Unit is clean haven't seen any mice and all are very helpful...I would recommend them to anyone..
