Horrible experience. We went in to add a line to our account from ATT and instead of adding a line the employee cancelled the main account holder number and replaced it with the new phone number. Once his mistake was realized, he was quick to blame us for the mistake even though he was playing on his own phone the entire time. He then proceeded to tell us there was no point getting upset with the situation because it’s not going to help fix the problem and told us we needed to call the 611 customer service number. On top of that he transferred my husbands phone data over to his new phone which then didn’t work at all and said it was an ATT problem. We were left with two phone that no longer worked and both phone owners could not work without the phones authentications to get into their work systems. This employee did not care at all and when asked if the other phone owner (the main account holder) would come in to fix it he stated he “doesn’t care who comes in the store he can’t fix it”. He then disappears into the back room for a second time for another 20 minutes. He said “call the line and they will put in a ticket that will be fixed in 24-48 hours”. Which by the way I was able to fix over the phone in an hour. This all happened when we wanted to give T-Mobile more money for another line. It’s safe to say this employee should not be working with customers or helping anyone with their phones given his lack of knowledge. So rude and unprofessional.

On September 25 I purhased and had put on in the store a $40 screen protector for my iPhone 15 Pro Max (also purhased from T-Mobile online). The next day I noticed a very small chip in it. After two phone calls I was unsuccessful in having them replace this faulty product. The manager wouldn’t call me back. In the future, I will never buy anything from this company.

We live in Decatur and the T-Mobile store mgr. there was so rude I left. When I was in Bloomington I stopped to see if you could help with my issue. Adrianna didn't quit until she solved our problem. We will be coming here from now on. Adrianna,thank you so much for your help and being super friendly!!!!!

Shout out to Adriana. Every time we deal with her at this location, things go perfectly. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. So far she's helped with Tmobile wifi, a tablet, and 2 new lines. The service as this store is like a breath of fresh air.

We recently changed internet to T-Mobile and changed phone provider to TMobile. Very pleased with the customer service at the store! Also, enjoying the savings!

I came in to switch my lines from Verizon. Henry helped me out and was very patient and answered all my questions. He and the store manager got me on the best plan and phone promotions. The whole staff was super kind and made what would have been a stressful situation an easy transition.

I tried… Let it be known that I sincerely tried with this location.On my first visit, perhaps Ryan, assisted me. I received a notification that my phone lease was about to expire and that I would be charged the remainder of my balance unless I upgraded my phone. Ryan told me that it was a ploy—“T-Mobile is trying to exploit you.”Based on his apathetic audience, it was clear I must have ruined his day with my inquiry. Though rest assured, I was pleasant the entire time.The second visit, I was attempting to cancel my smart watch line. Aside from the minor mistake of canceling my phone line, and then the other minor mistake of reinstating my phone line and canceling my wife’s phone line, eventually, the phone lines were corrected, and the watch line was canceled. Again, do not fear, I was perfectly pleasant.Well, it turns out, I learned today that they didn’t canceled the watch line. They put the watch line on military suspension, (I am not in the military), and simply reattached the line to a different line… my wife’s phone line.So here’s the thing; I went to another store today because I couldn’t deal with this location again. I just couldn’t….I was told that this location is a licensed location and not a corporate location. They lack a significant amount of authority, and apparently, a significant amount of comprehension.Do yourself a favor, I implore you, just go somewhere else. Don’t come here, it will not go well for you. I promise. PLEASE HEAR ME, FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SANITY DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I would like to say we were in this store Thursday May 18th between 5 to 8pm and we were helped right away we recieved the service that we wanted new cell phones and we also went ahead and recieved 5g gateway wifi . Everything we asked about he answered and helped plus more. I was very impressed. He was also the manager at this store. The one tmobile that is off Greenbriar in Normal I've never recieved good help there and not very friendly either. Thank you for the respect and for all your help.

I went on to upgrade my phone and received amazing service from Austin! He was very helpful, knowledgeable (along with other team members) and patient with my questions! Went in to upgrade and ended up with new stuff AND saving money!!! Thanks, Austin!

I ordered T-Mobile by phone and had over 4 hours of time somewhat wasted. Decided to go into store to get help and got the most WONDERFUL help. From now on will only go here. I've had Verizon for most of 30 years, but it's too expensive. We're saving over $52 a month on phone and another $90 on internet. Thank you T-Mobile!

I have had 3 very helpful friendly staff assist me with upgrading my phone to the new iPhone 14. The lady was on the phone with me for 45 mins really making sure I understand the contract and the amount owed .. and how to return my old device. I mean absolutely so great I even decided to get internet from her at the same time. Well my new Credit card didn’t process for some reason after they assured me it did. No big deal I call back the next to just pay the 331.00 I was supposed to and wait for my phone. The lady that I had this time literally was trying to run my credit again. Didn’t have a clue what I was talking about . And I’m pretty sure everything was right there on hee computer screen from the day before. So I asked for a supervisor which was extremely rude telling me the exact opposite of what was agreed to the day before. I mean she told me I didn’t have the jump up feature therefore I couldn’t get a new phone? Which I wanted her to give me her email so I could show her in my monthly bill that I clearly pay extra for this and insurance and the extra add ons that make my bill little under 200 and she wouldn’t come up with a solution to our situation. She just kept insulting me, then put me on hold for 20 mins until a whole new staff member quickly and easily seen everything from the day before. Took my payment and kept apologizing that a supervisor actually treated me that way. Shame on them. Get sum training Supervisor!!

Great place. Came to this location. for help with my still Sprint account. Not only was Austin able to fix the problem the Trent and Austin both worked to lower my bill. Great service and pleasurable to work with.

I had a really good experience yesterday signing up for TMobile w Logan. He was very professional and knowledgable so I left having all my questions answered and with a great deal on a brand new phone. I’m even doing a trial of their home internet which so far is going great. There is even a promotion which buys out your previous internet contract rn. I had no idea internet could be as easy as plugging in a hotspot thing and it’s even unlimited. I’m amazed.

This T-Mobile store has the BEST customer service! The store manager and several employees were all anxious to answer our many questions. They were all professional, polite, knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and VERY helpful.
