I dropped off my alternator for my corvette since it was making a lot of noise. The problems were quickly diagnosed and they ordered the parts. They used materials of extreme high quality far superior to the parts used by the factory. Pricing was also incredibly fair and a little less than buying a reman alternator from a parts store. I still get to have the original part but with better components. This will be my only stop in the future if I need alternator work!

First time here because the Ford dealership wanted a $175 diagnostic fee and would not apply it to the repair cost. Had to repair/replace the center console control sync device on a 2011 Ford Explorer…a known issue on the car. Knew the part would run about $800 but was not told the following…that there was a chance the replacement part could only be completely programmed at a Ford dealership. Apparently Ford plays “I’ve got a secret”. The thing is Tevoert led me to believe that they had done this type of repair numerous times yet I was never told this might be an issue. Personally, I can’t believe that when it comes time to order the part that there isn a disclaimer stating that only Ford can program the Sync device. I don’t have a problem paying for the part, provided it is, indeed, the correct one. I do, however, have an issue paying an $400 charge that does absolutely nothing to solve the issue. And that is on top of the $175+ I am now going to have to pay Ford to program the Sync device. A little more open, honest discussion may have saved me about $400.Service: Electrical repair
