Attended a training here this weekend. The hosts were amazingly warm and accomodating. The studio was very clean and the owner went far out of her way to provide unexpected ammenities like infused filtered water and tea during the training. There were ample mats, props and blankets, and I personally witnessed them getting cleaned and taken to be washed. Many Thanks!!!

I love both Sheri and Dana's classes. They are challenging but not overly difficult, they are fun but also also you to practice yoga as you wish, they both offer modifications throughout. The studio is a transformed warehouse with beautiful art and drapings to cover the ceiling. I love the space and classes!

The Yoga Studio is simply fabulous! Sheri's warm personality along with her years of experience allow guests to experience yoga just how they need it! Sheri is willing to work individually with people to address various needs and skill levels while making every person feel welcome and comfortable. The studio is designed beautifully and maximizes the total yoga experience! Definitely a place you will want to visit and return for more!
