Had to have a radiator replaced and they've been nothing but nice and helpful and patient, especially when we were trying to get insurance stuff figured out, they also shared some of their pizza they got from next door

They're friendly and when I had an issue they were prompt to address it. I thought the price for 2 spark plugs, coils and diag was fairly high. Ultimately, they weren't able to accommodate my needs but did refer me to someone who could.

The people at Tuffy are always great to do business with. They do their best to get your car in for service or emergency tire repair as soon as possible. The gentleman at the front desk is always polite and courteous. I recommend Tuffy for all your car and tire repairs.

honestly the pricing was way less than i thought it would be for all the things we had done, really reasonable, and I really appreciate that they have a warranty on their work and certain parts. I drive a Fiat and we’re always worried shops will mess it up or refuse to work on it, but they took their time and it drives like a dream again. everyone was really nice, they sent a very detailed quote and pictures of issues so i knew they weren’t lying to get me to repair like some shops will, very genuine and honest. would definitely recommend coming here
update: just went back for my oil change and rotation, as always the team took care of me great. shout out to Russ, you were so kind and we appreciated you looking for a way to make things a little cheaper knowing that prices have gone up; my partner has financial anxiety especially when it comes to taking the car in, so we really appreciate someone who is honest about when we will need work next, and how long we can wait on certain work and how long we can/should push certain things, not just giving us the bill and insisting everything should be done. Russ was definitely that, and in general everyone I’ve dealt with in the phone and at the counter has been amazing, love how the staff here treat me like family and it’s not just someone who seems like they hate their job at the counter like with other places i’ve been in town. the work was still cheaper comparably to other local mechanics that will do good work on my fiat.
