I do like Ulta Beauty's merchandise and will buy them. There's been several occurrences in the store that have been to my dislike. Paying Ultamate card online but if you pay over the phone you'll have to pay 9.00 plus your payment! It's inappropriate and unacceptable! After I pay off my card ..I'm just done! Maybe not buying products here and there!

Workers are very helpful! I forgot her name but she was at the register and helped me find face primer and setting spray for my birthday trip! Very kind. Got my eyebrows done by lily and they look amazing also a very kind woman!

As someone who worked in retail, I understand that smiling at your customers is not your first priority, however, it should be. The cashier looked like I'm causing her such an inconvenience by shopping there! Very unwelcoming. Don't make someone else's experience bad because of your poor choice of career.

This Ulta location lacked everything. Inventory, customer service, cleanliness, and organization. Not so much as a kleenex available on the end cap. I love Ulta, but this was really sad.

I was beyond shocked at my stop at Ulta today. I needed to get more face serum, and was stopped dead in my tracks because there was screaming coming from near the restroom area. Apparently a manager was yelling at another employee. I left immediately, and will NOT return. I feel terrible that I didn't step in for that employee. I hope she reports that behavior to corporate, and the better business bureau. That is absolutely unacceptable workplace behavior. I will have no part in giving my business to an establishment that treats their employees with such disrespect and disregard. Shame on you! I will also be reaching out to corporate about the disgusting behavior of this "manager". I believe that the company should be aware of her abusive actions, as a person in charge, that are made acceptable there. I am also posting on social media, because my friend group has way too much class to continue to support Ulta, when they allow that behavior to be acceptable.....and they deserve to be made aware.Never again will you get my business.Thank you Sephora for helping me pick out my serums, and for the fabulous customer service. I will ONLY go to you for my future needs.

I received a damaged order and went to the store to have it replaced. Kylie helped me find the items and replaced them for me. I then wanted to match makeup to some I had previously purchased. She helped me find a shade that was a better match and and a new blush.

Ulta for me has changed over the past few years since living here, working in the mall and shopping there since they opened. To me it's not to the level it was when it first arrived. I will say they have grouped the makeup,skincare and hair care rather nicely but in terms of what I remember before now I feel like there isn't as much to offer. There wasn't a lot of the newer products out now that ppl are raving about out and what was there was a very limited stock of. The employees have always been nice when it comes to shopping but not really interactive beyond the counter that I have witnessed. Its not too bad when it comes to going and getting what you need if you can find it but I kinda miss how it used to be.

Since it was a Saturday, it was busy. One of did the associates offered to help us. . She stayed with is until we made a decision on several products. There were2 of us and she was very professional, knew the products we could try out. The nice if you are not 100% happy with the product you can return (keep receipt of course) within a certain # of days.

I follow Tabitha Brown so when heard her products would be at Ulta Beauty I ran there ( drove ) I cleared the shelves with her Donna’s Recipe Sweet Potato Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Curly Cream and Oil ! All the employees at this location are very friendly!
