I really enjoy the atmosphere of this vape shop, the main man really knows his stuff. He's extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This place definitely will get my business! Couldn't ask for a better vape shop.

Greeting customers would be a great place to start. Ask the customer what they need? And thank them when they buy your stuff. To many vape shops to treat people this way.

Not very friendly, not very helpful. 2nd star is because there was a dog, otherwise it would be a solid 1 star. This is the closest vape shop to my house but I am definitely going to drive an extra 10 minutes to a shop where the people are friendly and helpful.
