Demonstrably terrible customer service but perfect for the company they represent. Verizon kept increasing my bills and compelled me to change my plan on January 11, 2025. During that process, I kept asking if everything would remain the same. Yes was the answer. After the process, I went to this store, and they said that they could add me to the teacher discount. What they didn't say was that by adding to that discount, which was only $25, they took me off the $40 valuable customer discount. On February 24, I got an email saying that because I changed my plans, the monthly discount on my phones ($12.5 on one and $19.44 on another) would be taken off. During the change of plan, we were not told. When I took the new phones, it was all said that I needed to be with Verizon. I called Verizon, and they told me lies that even if I needed to pay my bills, they would still be lower than the previous plan. The Bill arrived on March 7, and it was $40 higher.
I went to the store and was treated with rudeness and indifference. And all that they did was to connect me to an 1800 number. While I was on hold, the guys in the store had their earphones on and kept listening to music. They had no desire to help me (I am a 12-year customer and paid over $30,000 to Verizon). Someone on the phone told me that they could add the discount, but it would only be reflected after five days. I know it won't. I guess it's time to move to some other provider. I would recommend that anyone switch to other service providers who are less sophisticated than Verizon and avoid this particular store like the plague. To add insult to injury, the guy who signed me in on March 7 has a scintillating personality. When I was on hold for 30 minutes over the phone, I politely asked him, "How long this might take?" His response, "You can leave and do your stuff and drive off….you know, do some multitasking….you know what I mean?" After spending $30,000 on your business for 12 years, this is the service and behavior I get.

Definitely satisfied with my call always have good conversations with the customer service agents that I’ve talked to just about on every occasion they’ve always been very helpful and helping me understand things and everything definitely would recommend others that I know to use the service I used to work for Verizon so I know that when I say that their connection worldwideis unbelievable I mean it because I’ve experienced it because I’ve been with the service so long

Had my best experience here compared to any wireless store I have been in. I went in due to issues with charging my phone and with intentions of buying a wireless charger. A worker named Noble walked up And after discussing, he told me my issue was likely dirt in the charging port, which come to find out, it was, AND he fixed my issue. Instead of rolling with it to sell me on something I didn’t need, he was honest, extremely helpful and solved my issue at no cost. Noble is a fitting name and I highly recommend him.

We came in to transfer an old phone to the newest iPhone. The person helping us made a comment about free labor during the process. After it was taking a while they said it’ll be about an hour and gave me his work number to call or text so I can check on the status. Roughly an hour later I called, no answer. I texted, no answer. We went in and after a while they found my wifes phone and seen the transfer was cancelled. The person supposed to be helping us wasn’t watching it and we had to take it home to finish since the store couldn’t help us. Also, never got a text from the work number. Bought a new phone and they couldn’t help. Very non professional during this process.

Less than a week after I upgraded a phone in this store, my account was fraudulently used to buy three expensive devices. When I purchased my device in this store, I was sent a text to verify if it is me, I was asked to show an ID and I had to sign and pay for the transaction. So how come a fraudster got to skip all these steps and made away with 3 devices on my account? Did it have to do with me visiting this store before?

White guy that works for Verizon jacks up price for a service plane and free phone I was about to pay 60 but as soon as I went to get my brother for the disision he jacks it up to 200 because my brother is black Verizon is racist they hire racists workers don't get a phone sim here if your black with 2white people

Without writing a book I've personally been in sales for over ten years, and between the professionalism of being promptly greeted and checked in I was very impressed. More so with the customer service I received, helping me with all my questions, and making sure I knew every piece of information. A personal thank you to Noble. He did an outstanding job. The business was busy and he still took his time with me and made sure I not only left with everything I needed but just overall made it a 5 star experience. Thank you Noble.

As a longtime Verizon customer under my parents’ account and then eventually my own, my experiences have always been mixed: At the end of the day, the goal is always to talk me, or anyone else, into getting the best and most expensive device & plan- it’s just the name of the game. However, my latest experience with the folks at my local Verizon store was nothing short of easy and positive. They were 100% up front with me about everything, didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t need or want, and they were very helpful, kind, and personable in the process. Just such a great experience overall!

Love this place! The professional staff was very friendly and helpful. I had trouble with my pre-paid phone and in 10 minutes. Problem solve! It must be a popular place because it was very busy. The wait time was under 10 minutes.

RUN - have had issues from the start.
I tried to change my service from Verizon to AT&T, and the port did not go through. I went to Verizon and their customer service is refusing to port my number over, saying it is locked by the carrier and they are refusing to unlock it.
I have had issues with Verizon since I came over, they STOLE my phone on a device agreement they said they would honor. Now, I had to pay for the phone, I had to either way at this point. Either outright or monthly so I chose to stay with Verizon at the time. I had an issue happen with my phone AFTER I had added the open enrollment. I tried to file an insurance claim and was told I was committing insurance fraud and to get out of the store. I then finally got the claim approved and more than 3 times was told I would get a replacement sent and I never received it. This company is absolutely RIDICULOUS. It is illegal to hold my phone number hostage & I filed a complaint with the FCC.
