Sorry, this was a review I should've made a few months back, but I had a really excellent experience with the staff there. Also, with the woman on the phone helping get my damaged phone exchanged for a better phone upgrade.

I stopped by the store to help me figure out a fraudulent Verizon account that had been set up online in my name. Sarah was extremely helpful and patient, ensuring that the issue was fully resolved. I'm very appreciative for her help and the excellent service that she provided!

I want to be like Mike ?!We had 2 great times at this store and everyone was very attentive and helpful but Mike went beyond helping us and we got everything we needed. We came there after some bad treatment at T-Mobile, all of the Verizon staff listened to our needs, and wants and Mike did Verizon magic ✨ I haven't been treated like this in a long time and I am not sure who the manager is but if it's Her, thank you too, and Mike has a great Dad also. Will need to go back in October and will be happy to see everyone. Again thanks Mike ?.

Willy D set us up with home Internet and it works great. I've always had good luck with Verizon. I've had them for over 20 years. I've only had one bad experience here but went back and talked to a different rep and no problems since.

Extremely slow service. Just went in to give them my sons trade in on his new phone and waited for 45 minutes. A simple here is the trade in, apply it to my account. I understand that stores get busy, but customer service is no longer a priority for businesses. It’s sad.

If I could do zero stars I would. I had an online order which Verizon told me to come and pick up. I get to the store and "manager" Sarah was the rudest customer service employee that I have ever encountered. I told what I was there for and she immediately balled her face up saying we don't have an order for you. Then she said it's still pending. So I sat and I waited as she waited on other customers which is fine. I sat there and watched her tell her staff to turn customers away because they were closing soon. At one point she looked over at me and with a smug look on her face but said nothing. She stopped helping a customer to go lock the doors. She was more concerned about it being close to closing time than anything else. She never offered to see what the problem could be with my order because that would have been one more customer that she had do help. She came over to me and said it's still pending and we're closed so you can come back tomorrow. When I informed her Verizon that had said to come there and that I'd call them. She then said "I am Verizon " I ensured her that I'd be calling Verizon to discuss her and her lack of professionalism and that someone in management should not behave that way. You can't say you're in customer service and not want to or not like to service customers. She gestured that she didn't care. And then I left. It seems as though that whole staff has been turned over. And she is both the right person to be in leadership. Sarah did not even care enough about this customer to look into anything. I won't be doing business at this location again id rather speak to the AI over the phone than to be subjected to people like Sarah.

Jordan is the man! He helped me get a sweet deal on a new phone and home internet that saved me a ton of money compared to what I’m paying now.He’s very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.

This review is specifically for the entire company of Verizon itself. I was a customer for almost 9 years and left them recently because they refused to help me. In 2018 they let me pay off a flip phone with monthly payments since I'm low income and was unable to outright pay for the phone in full. Then in 2020 a former friend bought me a smartphone outright so I could stay as a prepaid customer. They are now claiming they can't find any proof of me paying my bills from 2020 on and they are piddling around pretending to look for a way to give me back the full refund I was promised. The OS in my previous smartphone was dying so I asked if there was a way I could pay off a smartphone the same way I had paid off my flip phone in 2018. They refused to help me even though they had done it once before and when they kept trying to give me a bunch of garbage excuses I politely but assertively cornered them to the point to where no one would actually respond to me on the other end of the phone, causing me to believe that I had been hung up on. They do not give a crap how good of a customer you are they will screw you over the first chance they get, and this is coming from someone who paid my bills on time like clockwork every single month for 5 consecutive years, and then when my billing date was changed for the past 3 years I paid my bills early. The only reason they even get 1 star is for the simple fact that their cell phone service rarely if ever drops. I switched to T-Mobile and it was the best decision I've ever made. Avoid Verizon at all costs unless you truly don't care about how badly you get screwed over.

Great experience at this store. I took my phone in, as the SIM card got fried and they had me in and out very quickly. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable and made great conversation while they were repairing my phone.

Great service (Kevin) The process just seems to take a long time when switching carriers. It is a combination of previous company not wanting to give up customers and new company interfacing with them. Misinformation from previous company etc. Made the best of a bad situation and all is well that ends well. ?
