I love this Walgreens! I placed my photo order today while waiting for my prescriptions, it only took them about 5 minutes to get them done! By the time I paid for those they called me over for my medicine!! Everyone’s always so nice, they’re always so quick with my medications too! I love this store it’s so clean and talk about an upgraded cosmetics section!

The pharmacy employee, Jen, was so helpful. She continued to work through my presrciption issue until it was resolved. Her efforts saved me hundreds of dollars. I recommend Walgreens pharmacy on Oakland Avenue and their employee, Jen. Thank you, Jen!

My kid is in a lot of pain, went to get his prescription filled and waited and waited and waited. My wife moved the prescription to another pharmacy to try to get it sooner, they’re closed for the holiday, moved it back to Walgreens. They refused to fill the order today now, and my 3 year old has to wait 2 days to get his medication. There is no sense of urgency, no ability to get medication to patients in a timely manor. I am absolutely infuriated. Why would you take a job in healthcare if you didn’t care about health or care?

Worst Walgreens ever! Always a long line for meds, always poorly staffed

On November 30th of 2024 I visited this location's pharmacy, a place that I have received my prescriptions from regularly for at least a year. I have had a few experiences of attitude and unprofessionalism here and there in the past, but have also seen a select few employees who balance it out by going above and beyond when it comes to manners, positive work ethic, and respect. In those circumstances I have always voiced my gratitude for good help. However, on this date I received the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at any level of business. A Walgreens EMPLOYEE at the counter proceeded to belittle me, interrupt me at multiple occasions talk over me to where I could not speak, and then escalate to higher and higher volumes, and yell at me when I was attempting to resolve an issue that I have been having with them not using my insurance information correctly. It came to the point when I requested to speak with her manager and file a complaint against her she decided to call me a man. when I proceeded to correct her and advise to not misgender me she doubled down and yelled in the general direction of her manager "this dude wants to speak with you". These comments kept coming until the Manager in question eventually arrived. I was not able to file any formal complaint I was simply told that these matters are handled behind closed doors and that was that. I will absolutely never do business here, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy, and will continue to tell everyone I know about this situation and how Walgreens likes to handle business. I will file a complaint with BBB. I am also looking into legal recourse consultation. What an absolutely despicable selection of staff, and a complete lack of human decency to endure. I weep for anyone who has the misfortune of stepping foot into this building. Do better.

This pharmacy is probably the worst one I've been to, unfortunately. An intern I saw at the doctor's office prescribed me a medication I was allergic to and the pharmacy didn't catch it (my actual doctor told me they should have), and they make you feel as if you're inconveniencing them at all times. I'm not sure what the issue is there but I'll be changing my default pharmacy to somewhere else, even if I have to drive farther away.

Pharmacy tech had me jump through several hoops with Insurance and getting new prescription through the doctor. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t have either medication‘s in stock, and are unable to order it. There’s a clear issue going on with Walgreens ability to get medication in stock. I’ve been told that none of their pharmacies are able to order two different medications. Not that the medication is back ordered but they are unable to order the medication.

Nathan the pharmacist is a douche. he was no help at all. Would not let me talk to explain my situation on my prescription at all. He kept interrupting and telling me I was basically wrong when I had already got my refill approved and just needed sent to another Walgreens. Get a new pharmacist :).

I have gone through the drive thru and gone in to pick up prescriptions. Everytime I go in there's a line and very few people working. Drive thru can be a hit or miss. I do like how I can get prescriptions shipped. However the last time I went I was told the pharmacist was on break and it'll be a half hour. So I go back in after that time frame and was told the same thing. I find that very hard to believe.
