Awful experience with way point. They delivered a vanity to my house and dropped the vanity on my front door, breaking it. Then they refused to replace my door and said someone would come fix it. A week later and no one has came. Recommended never having anything delivered from a company that can’t take responsibility for there damages.

One of their couriers jumped out in front of my car while my wife was driving. I have video proving the courier was at fault, but even when both me and State Farm told the owner he was at fault, he ignored me. He told me "He was a pedestrian so you're at fault." Well that's not how the law works. He refused to give me insurance information. At the time we could not hire an attorney, but we can now!I've been advised to file a police report now.State Farm told me the owner was not cooperative and I should press charges.Your driver's guilt is so obvious I was told I might not even have to appear in court.Would you like me to post the dashcam video to YouTube? Well, let me ask the lawyer first.HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Cost me over 1k.

Anthony was fantastic! He was calm, with an obviously new hire, they worked well together navigating my dresser up a flight of stairs! Anthony even played with my two Dobermans, which no one can do!!!

They were sent through another delivery company to deliver an extremely large heavy item. Their communication was excellent. I had to leave around the time they were going to deliver the item so was in touch with a very nice lady there the day before. Turns out their time window for my delivery was supposed be right up to or slightly overlapping when I needed to leave for an appointment that I could not change but I was the second stop and she said I would get a call 1/2 hr before.They called as promise and came toward the beginning of the time window so I was present and able to indicate where to place the item. They were prompt, quick, courteous, careful, polite, helpful, and thoughtful ... basically superb service all the way around from start to finish ! The driver and partner were very nice and service was most excellent. Thank you !!

They provided excellent communication regarding my delivery and arrived within the scheduled window. I appreciated the ability to track the location of the delivery truck in real-time to give a good idea about when exactly the delivery would be arriving. Our items were in a quite a few large boxes and they were delivered nicely right into our home.

In the dead of winter, WayPoint Logistics dropped off a palette of goods from Home Depot.They did NOT call ahead as they said they would.They did NOT make an appointment.They did NOT ring the doorbell although we were home.Did not collect a signature as required.Just DUMPED the goods and left.They refused to accept ANY accountability when we called to complain. They essentially said, "it's not our problem."
