We moved to Bloomington last year and Alex and his team were so helpful in getting our policies from out of state transferred over. During a time when other businesses won't even call you back, I appreciate how responsive this office has been. Thank you for being a good neighbor!!!

Everything about Axel and his office staff is top notch. We just switched over to him and the personal touch is awesome! Definitely feel like a family he cares about and not just another insurance customer. We would highly recommend Axel for all your insurance needs!

Axel is a great agent for State Farm Insurance. I've had SF Insurance for about 20 years. My first agent retired and recommended an agent that was useless. After years of frustration with that agent, I switched to Axel. From the first meeting, Axel found that I was over-paying for my auto insurance, getting me about a $1,000 refund. I also have homeowners insurance with SF, I've recently had catastrophic water damage throughout my home. Axel's office was helpful in getting the claim started and referring me to services. Unfortunately the dry-out service they recommended was a nightmare for my family. Those service 'professionals' show little to no compassion for working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental illness. They also did not provide appropriate equipment for drying our home. Axel intervened.... The more we tried to get appropriate service from the dry-out service, the worse we were treated. We ended up firing the service and doing that work on our own. Since firing this service company, we've been hearing many, poor, sometimes shocking stories, about the company and how they have not done work properly and treated families poorly. I gave Axel a 4-star instead of a 5-star because he is still recommending the same dry-out service. Should you have water damage, I recommend you find your own dry-out service. Stay far away from a service whose name sounds like "old men". Axel has wonderful office personnel. Richard is very helpful, as has been every other person I have worked with in his office. I highly recommend him and his office.

Axel Jimenez and his staff, namely Maxine Williams are absolutely phenomenal to work with. I am highly impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help me whenever I need them. They always respond to me within minutes. Always same day. Not only are they knowledgeable on insurance products, but financial products too! Axel just helped me get preapproved for a mortgage through State Farm Bank! This is something that I would have never considered doing due to a recent divorce but Axel was on top of it every step of the way. He literally has helped me realize my dreams! Not only that, I had to submit a claim for an incident where I scraped a telephone pole backing out of a driveway and it was the best claims experience I have ever had in my whole life. The entire process from beginning to end was so easy. I barely even had to speak to a claims rep or claims staff throughout my experience. My rental car was delivered to my body shop so I didn't even have to make a separate trip to get my rental. I cannot express how much I appreciate Axel and his office. He has done more for me than all of my previous State Farm agents put together. Please call him today and he will exceed all of your expectations when it comes to insurance or banking.

I really appreciate Axel and his team. They are always professional and I am impressed with the services they provide. They do a great job in listening to my needs, taking the time to walk through my questions and making sure I have the best coverages. I also appreciate that Axel is very active in the community. It's great to see his booth at many of the local events in town. It is wonderful to work with a team who I trust.

When I moved back to Blo-No and asked who I should go to for my insurance needs, the answer was unanimous from my colleagues...Axel. Axel and his staff are prompt, follow up to ensure your needs are met and understood, and all commitments were met. On a side note, I was shocked that for the few times I needed to stop by his office to pick up/drop off paperwork, his staff already recognized me and knew my name.

My wife and I switched to State Farm health, life, and auto insurance through Axel and he has been our greatest representative as he is 200% accommodating even to the smallest issues. We will remain part of his business for years to come. We even have our mortgage through him and he is taking care of everything for us and he stays on top of thing proactively!
