Need a tow, these are the guys to use. Quick to arrive, friendly and honest. A phone call to Matt got the tow truck on it's way to me with tow truck driver Jordan. Due to an issue with my car Jordan has to think outside the box - he was smart, decisive, and got my car rolling. Excellent work Jordan.

Never a good situation when you need to have a tow truck, but I have dealt with enough other tow companies in the BloNo area to know that this is the one I will use in the future. First time I would ever use the words Honest, Kind, or Transparent in describing a tow company. Thanks Jordan.

Best response service I have had from any towing company. Very Quick, from my call to tow in 15 minutes. I will call Winks again if the need comes up. I had a complete flat tire happen while driving on our city’s very busy Veterans Parkway.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Couldn't jump myself and thought I needed a tow back to the dealer. Showed up in under and hour, helped me diagnose a possible problem with my starter and got me started so I could get it to the dealer without the tow and no charge. Seriously appreciate the help and will be first call for myself or any friends and family in the future.

Our car broke down on the highway right near a railing and they came out and helped us get to an auto repair shop and Matthew helped us and was great! 10/10 definitely gonna call them each time we need them, great service

The phone was answered right away, and a very courteous person took the information on the location and vehicle. Estimated time given was 30-45 minutes, yet the driver arrived within 15 minutes. He was a very kind gentleman who backed up, dropped the tow bar, and had the vehicle hooked up in just a couple minutes. For as unfortunate as it is to need a vehicle towed, Winks made it very easy. Thank you!

Amazing customer service. My car blew a tire and had no spare. My car was stuck on a busy narrow road. I let them know the car was not in a good location. They got there quickly and took great care loading the car up. I am so happy with the superb service, they will be the only one I call in the future.

I needed a jump-start, and Winks did an awesome job. Matt took the call and was very courteous. He sent someone within the hour. Their prices were reasonable compared to another company in town that quoted me four times the price. With my recent hip fracture, I couldn’t jump-start on my own, and Matt was considerate of that. Everything is working fine now. It’s reassuring to see local businesses doing an honest job and not taking advantage of situations like the other guy was trying to do. We need to support businesses like these.

My car broke down in Bloomington on a Saturday afternoon, passing through from out of state. I called Winks, and Jordan was incredibly helpful in discussing the situation, options, and recommending a trustworthy mechanic to get to (Vega’s Market Street Auto Service). I am so fortunate to have called Winks. Trusted and the best, hands down.

Jordan and Eric were like guardian angels for me and two of my children after we were in an accident this past weekend on our way to a basketball/ cheer tournament. Both men were extremely kind and considerate of the fact that our car was totaled and my children were shaken by the experience. Jordan safely towed us off the highway and waited with us until Eric arrived and we could finally get out of our frozen, damaged car into his warm truck. Eric towed us to the garage, he treated us like longtime friends, Talking about family and his hobby farm so my kiddos could feel somewhat more relaxed and refocus their thoughts away from what they had seen earlier.It was obvious to me that these men had great pride for their hometown and the people they serve in their community as well as a wonderful relationship with the State Police (who were also amazingly kind).I can't thank Jordan and Eric enough for their expert towing, but even more so, for their kindness towards my family during a somewhat traumatic time.

Quickish kind of expensive but reasonable. Grateful for their service engine locked up. Pick me and my vehicle up with in 45min maybe an hour. I was taken all the way from Bloomington off market st. Exit. highway to Lincoln,IL. Payment was easy and quick.
