There were still blemishes on the car that was fixed. i’ve already was without my car for a week and can’t stand to be without it again so i’m simply going to keep the car. i did notify my insurance company and provided them updated pictures of the blemish.

Worse experience ever with getting a car repaired. Went to pick up my car i was greeted by Stephanie to sign papers without looking at the car. She then said somebody would come outside to go over the completed job. Which i was outside waiting on somebody to come outside. Nobody came outside so i walked back inside to ask where the parson was. Finally somebody comes outside to notice one of the parts that were replaced was scratched up. Now they have to order a replacement part. Get in my car and they didn’t even clean the car. Dust is on my dashboard windows are nasty. Horrible place.

So first I gave them a five star with you and then I realize that this company is ridiculous. It took them forever to give me back my refund because they didn't process it properly. The staff is extremely rude and judgmental unnecessary during a time or my car was totaled out when you expect people to be kind, kind and clear this place is not the place to go. I even told Progressive about my experience and told them to stop sending people here. They are better places to go and this is definitely not one of them

My car has been in their care for 4 weeks. I was called to pick up my vehicle twice, yet I end up leaving without my car on both occasions. I'm not sure who's inspecting vehicles but they need to be re-educated. My doors and hood are not properly aligned, my window slid down into the door. Thanks to caliber I have been in a rental for a month. Progressive stop sending customers to this location!
