I had a fantastic experience with CubeSmart! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The entire process was quick yet thorough, with everything clearly explained, making it completely stress-free.A special shoutout to Edward in the office he was amazing! I’ve had a unit here in the past, and he was just as helpful and friendly back then. This time around, I was hoping to run into him again, and I’m so glad I did. Originally, I was taken care of by Stacey who is so amazing and helpful. She took time out of her day to show me the unit and helped me figure out which size would work better for me. We chatted for a long time and it was a fun experience. Unfortunately, at the time I was unable to get the unit, but I came back in 2 weeks and Edward was able to pick up exactly where Stacey left off with zero complications. Edward explained the whole process, including pricing and he also took time out to show me another unit that was perfect for my needs. Stacey and Edward are both incredibly wonderful with the BEST personalities and considering I'm also in customer service any company should consider themselves honored to boast them as employees!
