I was going through the drive-thru to deposit a large check for my boyfriend and I have my dog with me. He literally goes everywhere I go. The problem is is super hyper. My teller Keyata and Ruth send out dog bones for him. I've never seen that done before. It was just the sweetest gesture. They deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you ladies for making me and my dog happy today

As many may have experienced a shift in service following the merge or acquisition of First Midwest to ONB... having experienced an unexpected financial challenge, I was misinformed of the transaction and overdraft process, of which at least 10 transactions, all under $10 were each assessed a $36,40 fee.(nearly $400 + additional fees of $7per day of being in a negative state) with this type of gouging, especially from the financial institute we trust, I was left feeling hopeless and financially defeated).. of the absorbent fees, my future deposits were not being credited to my account and future transactions were being assessed these additional fees. I had worked with the Overdraft dept, but was somewhat scorned , as I attempted to reach out to the Blue Island, IL Manager, only to be informed that the Overdraft dept personnel had contacted the Blue Island Manager to dissuade her from favorably assisting. Prior to contacting the Comptrollers (OCC), I reached out to the ONB customer service division and was put in place with Ms. Dawn. I had a lovely conversation with Ms. Dawn of the Peotone Office, and of the 10 overdraft fees and ongoing daily fees Ms. Dawn did make amends for 5 of the fees,. Although it did not totally alleviate the hardship, it lessened the burden... I still have an uphill battle, with prayers and strategies to resolve soon... Nevertheless, I truly thank Ms. Dawn E, for being humane in this matter and utilizing her authority to assist me . Ms. Dawn, I warmly appreciate Your Efforts!!

I came to this bank with my aunt and cousin. My aunt was using this bank for years when it was called First Midwest Bank, which was a great bank. Walking in there, the interior was tacky and was made smaller than how the bank used to be to be. They were very slow. She needed to speak to a banker in one of the offices. The one that was available was already with a customer but was finished. They were just having a full blown personal conversation for 30 minutes, literally, while we patiently waited. Honestly, unacceptable. A little conversation is ok but the banker guy was just talking too much as well as the customer. This establishment needs to do better!!

Your automated phone system doesn't work. It doesn't recognize when I push buttons.

This Bank has the worst customer service in-person and over the phone. The bank tellers are rude and when I called customer service I was put on hold for over 30 minutes.

This bank in Blue Island is the only bank I’ve ever been to where they tell us, specifically people with various disabilities who have been longtime clients, that they cannot go through the drive thru to do banking!!! When questioned if it would be easier for the tellers to have a couple people at a time, they still want the disabled to make it in the bank despite possible individualized difficulties. Isn’t this discrimination? Is this not against the ADA in some way or form? When there are multiple individuals with behavioral or physical difficulties who must do banking in an inconvenient or inaccessible way, I feel they’re on the thin line of human/civil rights violations. And let the individual have a behavior/disruptive moment, now they’re looked upon with the stigmas we work on eliminating about them in society! Shame on you First (worst) Midwest Bank Blue Island. Perhaps time to look for a different bank/branch to do business.

CALL THE POLICE? Let me tell you what just happened! I went into the branch in Blue Island on 121st & western. I signed in and sat down because I had cash on me and I wanted to open up a new account. Some crazy homeless looking guy was in there screaming and cursing loud. I looked around and all the personal bankers just ignored the fact that he was about to get violent inside of a bank. The guy got louder and louder. I looked for a security guard but they did not have one. I looked at all the tellers and they were all in a circle talking in Spanish doing nothing like his behavior was normal. Then the guy who was sick of being ignored got up and was about to start throwing brochures. When he did that I got up and left. Oh my God who is running this bank? They did not call the police. That is so odd. So it's perfectly fine to let a stranger come inside a bank and start cursing, yelling and throwing things? For my own safety I am never going in there again. There is no security guard.
