1-24-24 at 1 pm: Who is answering the phones? Whoever she is had such a NASTY ATTITUDE that I had to cancel my appointment. Whoever the Supervisor is needs to tell her not to be RUDE to clients and not to RAISE HER VOICE at people.

Professional..clean establishment.. my appointment was at 4pm.. I came one hour early and was seen one hour before my appointment ! Satisfied will my return with a better understanding of my taxes!

In my experience the service was quick and efficient. All of my questions were answered with honesty and everything was explained with transparency. In all it took about a hour and it was worth the investment. Would highly recommend!

My Jackson Hewitt experience was a Phenomenal one. The atmosphere of the office on 119th and Western is very welcoming and comforting. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to, especially Ms. Malinda. I plan to stay with this office for all of my tax needs.

I’ve been doing my taxes with this company for the last four years. So far I’m happy with their services and the fact that they’re able to advise me to do the right way.
